If you use them make sure you confirm they’ve pulled permits to have their work inspected by the city prior to completion. They claimed replacing an entire sewer line didn’t require a permit and no inspection was required. I came to find out upon proper inspection that replacing said sewer line was not necessary, as the issue was elsewhere. They simply saw an opportunity to cash in an insurance claim.

We hired a plumber name Michael C, and he did such a great job on my home doing the pipes he fixed what needed to be fixed no problems or anything such a great job. I Really hope he gets a reward soon enough thanks to him we having everything back up and running.😊👍🏽

Plumbing emergency on a Sunday is the worst. Visalia Plumbing has someone to my home in 90 minutes! Jason did such a great job he fixed the issue quickly and explained everything to me about the plumbing. Highly recommend!!

We had Bryan come out on a call for some plumbing issues in an old house. He handled everything professionally and thoroughly. It was late, so he couldn’t get all the parts he needed at that time, so he came early the next day and got us squared away quickly. I’d say he went above and beyond for our needs. I’d recommend. Julio was fantastic! Arrived early, gave an accurate estimate of time involved, detailed steps he would take to diagnose and treat the problem and then did just that. Cleaned up, was respectful, considerate and just a good human. I will stay with this company, they have proven themselves time and again.

They came out to do a call for HomeServe which is a warranty service. The tech did not seem to want to be here or deal with the issue and mistakenly thought my call was another call repeatedly. He insisted the problem had to be inside the house when I called them for a sewer backup issue. One week later, I contacted HomeServe again and insisted they NOT send this company again. They sent out another company who found the sewer line had collapsed! Next time, Call the Plumbing Company. They actually care. Two days ago, they replaced the collapsed section of my sewer line under the HomeServe warranty.

Spoke with Nicole and scheduled an appointment for early the next day cause its the earliest availability that worked with my schedule. Then she called me back to let me know of a break in their schedule that someone could be out right away, same day. What awesome service. David came out and was great. Communication, Service, Quality, Value. I couldn't have asked for more.
