Issac heard the desperation in my voice and added me to his already busy Saturday schedule. He was great! Unclogged my toilet! Grandkids are truly a blessing (???) LOL!

Just wanted to give "major kudos" to Mr. Issac Mailhot of Dynasty Plumbing. I was at the Home Depot in Beaumont because I was having a problem with the toilet anchors breaking off. Mr. Mailhot overheard my question with the Home Depot guys (who were steering me in the wrong direction), and not only did he give me advice, but told me how to resolve my problem, showed me what part and tools I would need, and gave me his number in case I had any problem. Instead of discouraging me from doing this task myself; he indicated that I should be able to handle this project (and I did). This gives me great confidence that Mr. Issac Mailhot of Dynasty Plumbing is not only a professional & knowledgeable plumber, but an honest man with integrity. This review is long overdue but my husband and I wanted to make sure we give kudos to Isaac with Dynasty Plumbing. Our house was in need of a re-pipe and after a lot of searching we came across Isaac who provided us with the most reasonable quote and came to our rescue right away. Isaac completed the re-pipe quickly and delivered top notch quality work. He was very communicative, friendly, and did some extras for us. We're so appreciative for him and his expertise especially during what was a stressful time for us. We highly recommend Isaac!!

I had a filter to my whole house water system, I couldnt replace for a year because it was on so tight, due to a previous plumber, who over torqued it. I called Dynasty Plumbing and Isaac asscessed the situation to the filter and found that the manufacturers instructions were written backwards. I had two previous plumbers come out and could not do what Isaac did, which was fix the problem and replaced the filter without damaging the wall or the blue cartridge that held the filter. If you are looking for a dependable, down to earth, reliable, and reasonably priced plumber that does an outstanding job, call Isaac at Dynasty Plumbing. Saw the reviews and called. Isaac is VERY responsive. Always answered calls/texts/emails promptly, showed up when he said he would, works with a great tile guy, and finished the job promptly. I had had new shower put in before in another home and the company was a complete nightmare and did a sub par job with many "call backs"" to fix things that were done poorly. Isaac is very professional, very personable, very helpful, and very reliable. Our shower came out beautifully. Our house was left clean. You want this guy to do your job!

Professional and fast at a good price. They came out on short notice and removed/replaced the water heat in no time at all. I would definitely recommend these guy’s.

We needed a zero threshold shower and both Home Advisor and a friend recommended Dynasty Plumbing. Isaac is professional, but friendly, easy to work with, and understood our needs. He and his team, Eddie and Scott, etc. were on time each day, worked hard, and they cleaned up at the end of the day. Demo to completion in 10 days! Dynasty Plumbing, with Isaac Mailhot at the helm did an absolutely gorgeous job on my master bathroom. It was a total gut job and Isaac and his wife helped me pick out the perfect tiling. His tile man, Corey, is really, really good at his job and has such a great attention to detail. The plumbers were amazing and worked hard to get every possible leak. I have had no problems, only compliments on this job. The bathroom looks amazing.
