Nick took the time to really evaluate our roof and used a drone to take pictures of everything he found to be a problem. The workers were prompt and on time. We had good communication with Nick throughout the roof replacement. Job was done timely and they cleaned up all debris. We would use them again.

Discovered roof leak over the weekend. Went to South Point's Web page and completed form to schedule appointment. I was really surprised to receive a phone call within hours from Danielle, on a Saturday. We discussed my issue and Tucker came out on Wednesday. He discovered and fixed a safety hazard in our attic that we were unaware and made repairs. Nick came out a week later to replace boot on the roof. I highly recommend South Point Roofing & Gutters!! The workers work steadily and also were very careful with our property all around. Very polite as it was explained what they did and what to expect with their warranty for the job. I found a defect in my roof and knew I couldn't fix it. I called South Point and Nick came out to see what was wrong and what solutions were available. His evaluation determined the roof needed to be replaced. I agreed but needed to know what his plan was for our porch. The porch is unique because it has a tree running thru it. We discussed the plans and agreed on the project. A few weeks later the team arrived and in less than 36 hours total the roof was replaced and everything was cleaned up.
