Charlie Williams has been a pleasure to work with. I had tornado damage that required a number of different subcontractors. Mr. Williams supplied them, they showed up when they were supposed to, all were very courteous and did very good work. Mr. Williams stayed in touch throughout, and except for supply-side issues that no one could do anything about, the entire process was pleasant and nearly frustration free. I recommend his company.

Charlie runs a top notch operation. They operate with integrity and work with your insurance to get you what you deserve. I have been extremely happy with their work and recommend them all of the time.

I am very pleased with the work done by ArcCon Roofing Company. I called one morning, he came that afternoon and my problem was fixed the next day. He was courteous and professional.

ARCcon made adjustments to their schedule to complete my deck roof addition in order to keep my deck replacement on track Charlie (owner) came over and explained the process of the roof decking and hipping into my existing roof. Quality was excellent. Timing and completeness was excellent. They cleaned up all the waste.

From the time Mr. Charlie Williams was dispatched to my house to project completion was a great experience! Though nobody wants to drop money on a project of this magnitude, I'm glad I did this with ArcCon as the communication, the speed, the quality, and the concern with ensuring (and insuring) the project was of top priority. The crew was able to get my roof stripped, prepped, and nearly finished in a single day. With the size and slopes of the roof this is no easy feat. The follow-up clean up left hardly anything in the yard nor driveway and if I hadn't been mowing I'd never have seen the small leftover materials. Mr. Williams came back to the house to review the work and ensure I was of aware of everything being done as ordered and didn't mention payment (nor upselling at the start) until after the customer was pleased and signed off on the work. If there are any issues or another property needs work ArcCon will be my first call.

So in March 2021 our home took a direct hit by a tornado. Not only was my insurance company was giving us a hard time but we had about 4-5 contractors come out and look at the damage. Charlie Williams at ArcCon was the ONLY one that took the time walked us through everything and sent a written estimate. You would think that would be standard but unfortunately it was not for the other contractors, Charlie was the only one. If you remember back in 2021 there were a lot of supply chain issues but Charlie still found a way to get products ordered and get my house back together. Things like windows, garage doors, plumbing, fending and of course the roof supplies were scarce. Not only did he do a fantastic job putting our home back together, he also went to fight for us on the insurance front. My insurance company was not playing very nice and Charlie was able to document everything and get them to agree to the damage. I would 100% recommend Charlie and Arccon without question to get anything done to you home you need. They were able to make one of the most difficult times of our lives a little easier.

I needed damaged attic vents replaced after a storm. I called ArcCon Roofing after contacting other roofers in the area and getting frustrated by the sales rep that didn't want to listen to my need, just followed a script to sell me a new roof. When I called ArcCon, Charlie answered the phone personally. He had a crew on the roof within a few hours, the work was very high quality and efficient. Charlie came and met with me personally to ensure I was satisfied. Charlie was flexible and very easy to work with, a handshake [virtual] was all it took to get started. We settled payment after he was certain I was satisfied. From now on, my first call will be to Charlie for future roofing maintenance and replacement. I highly recommend yours is too.
