Initially, I joined this company believing in their values and commitment to professionalism, as they portrayed themselves as righteous and by-the-book. However, my experience revealed a different reality. Despite being family-owned, they allowed certain behaviors to go unchecked, including a specific employee speaking recklessly to everyone in office and making discriminatory remarks about a recent new hire who is Black. As I became more involved with the company, it became evident that they selectively enforced rules. This has been the worst experience I've encountered, with HR demonstrating incompetence and a lack of awareness, and salespeople manipulating quotes to sneak extra money into their compensation. It's disheartening to see such disregard for integrity and fairness within the company.
