We recently had major roof/gutter work done on our house. Todd Trehey was the lead on this project and he was amicable, detail oriented, and dilligent throughout this work. He made certain that all work was completed as required and we were able to get chimney, gutter, and the roofing completed in a timely manner. All work was exceptional and the workers were exceptional. They made certain to cleanup completely after their work and were very congenial with us. Top service all the way through! We recommend them above all others for this work.

We needed some assistance getting through an inspection for our home sale. Todd and the team did a great accommodating our tight timeline in spite of the challenging weather. Gabor came to our home and made a thorough inspection of our nineteen-year old concrete tile roof. He walked the entire roof very carefully, taking pictures of any issues he saw. He submitted a five-page photo rich report and, although there were three minor cracks, he advised against repairs at this time as the roof was in otherwise good condition. Other contractors may have recommended unnecessary repairs and many would have charged for the inspection. We appreciate Gabor's conservative approach and if problems develop Black Roofing is at the top of our list to do the work. He was personable, on time, patient with our questions, comprehensive, and knowledgeable.

We've been working with Black Roofing for more than a decade and are continually impressed by their professionalism and consistency. Sam and his team were out to our new office in 2016 to fix two significant leaks, and we haven't had an issues since. It's amazing the range of work Black Roofing does from the many iconic roofs at CU and in Denver, to the simple shingle roof on our one-story building in Erie.
