I live in Lake Caroline and I highly recommend this company if you have any roof related issues. The owner lives in Lake Caroline and he spotted an issue with shingles on my roof from a recent storm. He stopped by my house to make sure I had seen the damage but I had no idea that I had shingles rolled back from the F1 tornado that came through the neighborhood a few weeks ago. My damage was minor and they offered to make the necessary repairs and check the rest of my roof for other damage. They jumped on it right away since more rain was coming in this weekend and the work was completed as promised. I was completely satisfied with the work and appreciative of the heads up before serious damage or water intrusion occurred.

Josh Pacillo and his team did such a great job on my roof repair. I had previously had work done for a leak in February, and it hadn’t been properly repaired. Josh came over to my house in MS and immediately assessed the problem and came up with the right solution. Within 2 days, my roof was done. I can’t thank him enough for taking such good care of my family home.

I am so glad we chose Weather Roof to replace our roof. The entire process was easy. Josh helped us each step of the way in dealing with our insurance company. Any time I had any questions or contacted Josh he immediately got back to me. The crew installing the roof worked hard and did an excellent job with clean up and protecting the shrubs around the house. We are so happy with our roof. I 100% would recommend Weather Roof!

I had my roof replaced and the entire process was extremely user friendly. Shaw Ferguson showed up at my door and asked if I wanted a roof inspection after a recent storm. Sure enough, they found hail and wind damage. They offered me an incredible deal and I was not disappointed at all. The service was professional and of excellent quality. The end result is very pleasing to the eye. I have already recommended them to others and will do so again without hesitation.

Due to recent storms in my area, i knew my roof needed to be inspected. The Weather Roof LLC team showed up to my house on a Saturday and completed a comprehensive roof inspection. They were very thorough and explained in detail what they saw while inspecting my roof. The staff is very familiar with how to work with insurance companies and submitted my roof claim on my behalf. All coordination with the insurance company was handled through Weather Roof LLC. Once the insurance company approved my claim, Weather Roof LLC had a crew of workers at my house the very next day. The roof looks amazing and the professionalism of the crew and the Weather Roof LLC team is top notch. Every call or text was answered very promptly and any question i had was addressed without hesitation. I would highly recommend calling the Weather Roof LLC team for your next roofing job!
