Guardian Roofing of Tennessee

Guardian Roofing did a nice job replacing our roof. The entire job was a fairly quick process from beginning to end. I would recommend using them. The rep., Dylan Moore was always readily available to answer my questions pertaining to the roof.

Extremely satisfied with the build quality and speed. They communicated a solid plan and then executed it, and they resolved several issues with my old home. The difference with this company is that they spend time on the little details which could be skipped without anyone noticing, but which make a difference in the long run, such as making certain every nailhead is covered by a shingle.

My roof looks amazing and this company was easy to work with. Adrian Ferreyra was so kind and helpful. He even came out when our insurance came out to look at the roof to make sure things went smoothly. He went above and beyond. They were able to finish the job quickly and communicated with us throughout the entire process. Everything came out just as we had hoped.

Dylan Moore was my contact with Guardian Roofing and he was so helpful and supportive during the whole process. He explained the process of getting a new roof and answered any questions I had. At first my insurance company was only going to pay for a partial roof and Dylan told me about the Tennessee Law that says you have to replace the whole roof. Dylan contacted my insurance company and even sent additional pictures. In the end I have a complete new roof and it looks great.

They did an amazing job! Jarrod hooked us up. Helped us through the insurance claim, gave us info on almost everything to let us know more about which way to go. Randsom was at the house and he kept up to date on how the roof was going. He showed me how valleys are now covered with ice and water shield, and have a heavy duty synthetic felt as your base. Anytime you need roof repair or installation, this is THE ONE to use

Very good experience with this company. Randsom Mark was professional and detailed in his estimate. In addition he came back twice to meet with insurance appraisers and submitted additional photos as documentation. His knowledge and expertise got the claim approved after an initial rejection. The installers were quick and cleaned up after completion of job.
