Had a roof and all attachments to roof (not gutters) done recently due to March hail storm. All levels of COMO PREMIUM EXTERIORS work was excellent - very detailed and professional. Following the hail storm of 2023, I had a really great experience working with CoMo Premium Exteriors. I really appreciated how thorough CoMo was with the initial inspection; working with insurance claims specialists; installation; and quality control after the project. Even though there were some minor issues with quality of window wrap, they did everything possible to make sure the project was done correctly. Como Premium Exteriors was very easy to deal with. The bottom line is they do what is best for their customers!! I was told to wait until another storm. After we got that next storm and the time was right, their sales guy Kyle Middleton was able to handle all the back and forth with insurance. He was able to negotiate more so I paid less out of pocket. Last but not least, their roofing crew cleaned up the job site very well.

CoMo Premium did an outstanding and thorough job. The house looks beautiful. The company assigned Boyd to the project as he oversaw all the work. We had an outdated chimney removed, got new siding and gutters, and other details. The company came highly recommended, and now we recommend them as well.

Kody was our rep and fantastic. Roof and gutters look great. We came in with hail damage so a lot of folks all in line with us which meant it took a bit but they were honest upfront on timeline and even replaced some items the day of estimate to ensure our property was protected until they could come out and replace the whole roof.

Edit: We used this company for our gutters and have not had the same positive experience. The crew that replaced our gutters did not complete the job. They left the work site dirty and caused some property damage. We have contacted the office on numerous occasions in the week since work began and have not been able to get the job completed. We need our roof replaced after it sustained hail damage. Wes came the house and helped us through the whole process. He not only answered all our questions but worked with our insurance company and neighborhood association. After having our roof done, we are now using them to replace our gutters.

Edit: The owner and another employee came out and took a look at things. They were polite and nice to talk to. The owner said they would get the shingles taken care and it wasn't too long before someone came out and repaired the issues. I changed my review from 2 stars to 4.
