I ran a contracting company for seven years. These guys are the best I’ve ever seen. Fast, courteous, professional, commutative, cleanup was fantastic, the only evidence they were even here is a new roof!!!! Plus did it in a day and a half. 65 squares. Unbelievable. Super impressed.

My roof sustained some storm damage during the winter of 2022/23. I contacted three different roofing companies in the Durango area. Only one company returned my call, and that was Amcat Roofing. Ryan made an appointment to meet with me the very next day. From the moment he arrived I was empress with his professionalism and knowledge. After filling the initial insurance claim Ryan assisted me through the entire insurance process even taking time out of his busy day to meet with the insurance adjusters and explain the damage he had found. Long story short I got a full roof replacement. I also want to mention the crew who worked on my roof was amazing from start to finish. They arrived on time and in one day removed the old damaged roof and replaced the new roof. They completely cleaned the job site be for they left. The quality of the work was amazing.

First of all, I called left a message and they called me back in minutes after calling several other roofing companies that never called me back. Then Ryan worked with my insurance company after another appraiser only got me a patch job. Ryan did a detailed job and got me a full roof which I needed. Then the crew showed up on time, and took my metal and shingles off in one afternoon and the next day the installed the entire roof in one day. Super professional company, understands and works with the insurance company. If you need a new roof and you don't use this company don't complain. AMCAT Roofing is the best construction company I have ever worked with. And they seem like friends when the job is done. Hands down the most professional company in Durango.

I called several contractors to get an estimate for hail damage to our roof. I received one reply but then no return phone calls. Then I called Ethan at AMCAT. Ethan responded the same day and scheduled an inspection for the next day. What I appreciated the most about AMCAT was Ethan talked directly to our insurance company and was able to show the insurance company where their estimate was too low. He went to bat for us with the insurance company. Ethan's professionalism, knowledge and timely answers to my questions were incredible. Ethan provided the best customer service I have received in a long time. The roofing crew finished the work in two days, and their site cleanup was amazing. AMCAT did everything they said they would do when they said they would do it. I highly recommend them!

I found Ryan and his crew easy to work with. I would recommend his company and their work to others, based on my experience, with no problem. I appreciated that they got back to me in short order. His father works there as well and was nice to talk with and set up my initial inspection with Ryan. I was grateful that Ryan actually climbed up on the roof to inspect it and take pictures for me of my hail damage. He worked with my insurance company the best he could, but I liked them well enough to go ahead and pay cash to have a new roof put on anyway since I was just out of the time window to have my hail claim honored. Currently I have no regrets and don't think I will. Joshua
