Absolutely a nightmare! I had given a gleaming review of this company 5 years ago, and recommended that everyone give Rodney and his company a shot. Sadly I was very mistaken and greatly apologize for any recommendation that led to the hiring of R & J! Five years ago, R & J replaced our roof and things were fantastic, almost as if, too good to be true. He was very friendly and accommodating, price was Great and his crew were very prompt starting my roof replacement. All seemed to be great all the way around. Now 5 years later, the too good to be true, became quite the understatement! First started what looked like a small leak around the chimney about 6 months before their 5 year labor warranty expired. I tried contacting Rodney over and over for weeks but never spoke to him, nor did he return any messages. We then decided to leave it alone, as it seemed that the problem solved itself. Well 8 months after the leak came back with a vengeance, right down the cathedral ceiling beam, down the half of the wall, destroying the wall inside the house. On e again, many calls and no contact. My insurance came out and turned down our claim due to improper installation by R & J. So now we paid for a new roof 5 years ago, we now have extensive roof damage around the chimney and the inside wall of the house. Still no contact from. R & J. 7-14 days later, a storm came thru and ended up with another leak, more like a waterfall on the opposite wall. Once again, no co tact with R & J and no coverage from insurance. So now, no Coverage, no contact from roofer. Only 5 years and now out the money for a new roof, have to find a way to replace with a new roof and I terror damage second to none. Two 2 story walls have to be replaced, carpet ripped out and replaced, huge financial setback, stress and lots of time wasted repeating the process and trying to chase down a conartist that has now cost us 10x the amount t of money and stress that anyone should not have to endure! I highly recommend that you do not use this company as any kind of exterior jobs that you need done. BBB has beer contacted.

Rodney is great. I live in a mobile home. We had a leaky roof. R&J put a new metal one on for us in 2 days in July. It was hot but they didn’t care. He covered a leaky light tube for me. He did a lot of inside work on it on a Saturday for no extra charge. He fixed the ceiling for me so you can’t even tell it was there. He fixed all the water marks on my ceiling for no extra charge. He left me 2 cans of killz paint for any more stains I found later. He went above and beyond and didn’t stop until we were completely satisfied. You really get what you pay for with this company. We got our new roof 2 years ago and are still 100% satisfied. Every time it rains I smile a little smile and think of Rodney. I can’t recommend him strongly enough. You can’t go wrong with R&J. If you’re looking for a job well done and a life free from roof problems they’re the ones to call.

Fast quality work, highly recommend.

Rodney and his crew replaced the roof on my house the week after Christmas, with work lasting 4 days. They worked in extreme cold and windy conditions, and they still came every morning and worked till dark. They performed admirable with quality work and always showed us respect and caring for a great job. We made the right decision going with Rodney and we are more than excited with the job they accomplished. I'm still picking up nails in my yard but its a small price to pay for the quality of work Rodney and his crew did. No regrets, not one.

Rodney and his crew did a great job on our vinyl siding! He's a hard worker, and very efficient! Would absolutely recommend his company, to anyone looking for great exterior work! I've added a "before and after" to his Google listing!
