I had siding replacement, gutter repair, and window replacement done by this company after a hailstorm did significant damage to my home. Everyone with whom I dealt was courteous and professional, and the quality of the work was very good. I definitely would use this company again, and I recommend them to others needing these services.

Outstanding customer service, Jay was super honest and did not screw me around on costs at all. I got SEVERAL estimates for this job and they were by far the best choice. Even ended up fixing some things on my roof that the insurance adjuster didn't catch. Used them again to replace some porch posts and was very pleased. Jay himself came by several times to check on his guys and the work, even got up on the roof himself to inspect. Great company.

We hired them to do siding on our house. The work was done professionally and they had a fair price. There was one small issue that needed to be fixed at the end and they agreed to take care of it and did everything they could to make sure we were taken care of. I would highly recommend for any siding projects you need done.

At a time when all contractors seem too busy to accept work, Arcadia Remodeling responded quickly, followed up on their quote, and followed up with me after the project (chimney flashing replacement) was complete. Pricing is competitive and was a good fit for a residential job. They were timely and, within two days of signing the contract, had the job completed to beat the forecasted rain. They were very upfront about their lead times and scheduling availability. The work looks professional, and as far as I can tell there have been no more leaks with the most recent rains. The roofer also stopped work to discuss options with me as the scope of work changed due to hidden issues underneath shingles and waterproofing materials. They followed up to make sure I was happy with the work completed. This was nice to be treated as a valued customer, and it's a big part of why I will let them bid on my next home project when I need a roofer or contractor.

The remodel went as smoothly as we could have hoped. We had extensive water damage and several drywall issues throughout the house. The project manager was extremely thorough and prices were fair. The crew was very skilled, friendly and did as much as they could to not disrupt our day to day life. They got the job done very fast and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Arcadia will be our “go to” company for anything we need to have done with our home in the future.
