No one wants to hear they need a new roof. When they do, they immediately wonder if they’re being bamboozled, ‘cause, ya know, what the heck do any of us know on the matter? When Josh from Extreme Roofing told me I need a new roof without barely looking, my stomach dropped. The thing is, Josh didn’t need to look long. He looked at it with the lens of a master. We live in an age when we like to doubt professionals. Sure, I wanted him to be wrong, because his solution was attached to several zeros; but this guy has been doing this long enough that he can eyeball a roof that needs to be fixed. Time and time again, Josh proved that he had my family’s financial interest at heart. He came up with creative solutions to avoid bigger problems, but did never sacrificing quality. When it came time to replace the roof, I half expected to need to rent a hotel for a while or stay with my in-laws. Josh, on the other hand, assured me it’d be done within a day. By week’s end, they were there before 7 AM and finished by 7 PM, AND the work is phenomenal! No contractor or crew is going to do exactly what you want exactly how you want it done. It took me many years to realize that. But, within the realm of reasonable, Josh’s crew did everything right, including clean up. Did I still find nails and little multi-colored plastic caps in various places in the yard or driveway? Yes, but that’s because storms over the next week dislodged them, not because of a lazy crew. If you need a new roof, and, like I was, you’re worried about the process, the payment, the potential problems, then choose Extreme Roofing—you can sit back as those same problems are ripped away like rotten shingles.

This is one of the best roofing companies I've ever been around. They are honest trustworthy they do free estimates free inspections and for the average homeowner there's no money up front for a roof. I would definitely use them and I will refer them to everyone I know.

I called to make an appointment on Thursday to have someone install a couple attic fans and vents in one of our houses in Mountain Brook As a real estate broker and property manager we need roofers we can rely on. We heard about Extreme roofing from WDJC and expected to recieve the kind of service they promise to the Christian audience of the radio station. I was told by the owner who took our call that someone would call me back to schedule an appointment. The person who called back made an appointment for 11 am Friday but didn't show up. He called me about 10:50 after I had already drove from our Trussville office out there, and said he was held up. Could we reschedule for 3. I said okay and went at 3 but he didn't show again, only this time he didn't show or call or answer his phone.So, around 3:25 I called the owner and he asked who I was and then said he never heard of me nor did I ever call him. He keep asking me who was the name of the guy I had the appointment with. I said I don't know what his name is but he didn't show. The owner was very rude and very short with me and then basically caled me a liar by saying he never heard of me and I never called him. Then when I told him my time was valuable and I didn't appreciate being talked to...didn't finish my sentence because he already hung up on me. Here's why he was so wrong because I had a long conversation with him that Thursday about who I was and how I heard about him on WDJC and how this was a big opportunity but he didn't care. Finally, the man who identified himself as Clay, called me back at 4;30 and said he was the one who made the appointment with me and that he never told me 3 but that he would be there sometime after 3. Which is a total lie he must have told his boss to try and save face. Nevertheless, he basically lied and then implied in so many words that l was the liar. Wow, I wonder who taught him why that was acceptable behavior for an Extreme roofing employee?

Fantastic job start to finish and great prices. Everything you want in a contractor and more. I order 5-6 roof replacements per year through my work and these guys are as good as it gets. Will absolutely be calling them again.
