I had the good fortune to work with Sam Goodroe, Project Consultant and Dylan Mills, Project Manager on a roof replacement and window project. I can’t say enough about their expertise and professionalism. All the work to be done was evidenced by photos supporting the existing problems. Every facet of the work to be completed was thoroughly explained along with a timeline for completion. My questions were always answered in a timely manner. The experienced work crew was respectful of my property ensuring proper clean up and storage of materials. Sam and Dylan make a great team, they communicate with each other and the G.Fedale team on a regular basis to provide the best support and care to their clients. That’s how they roll~ they CARE about their work and they enjoy it too! If you have any roofing, siding, or window needs G.Fedale may be just the company you need. I recently had a roof repair completed at my home in Rehoboth Beach DE by G.Fedale. I would like to commend the outstanding work done by Dylan Mills and Mike Campbell. They did a great job with the roofing and siding that needed to be replaced. Very professional, reliable and courteous.

Work was completed in a timely manner. Appreciated the cleanliness of work site. Workers went out of their way to do a great job and even fixed our mailbox that someone hit with car/truck as they drove by. Very happy with experience from start to finish.

The team at F Fedale did a great job replacing our storm damaged roof starting with JD Byrd. JD gave us an appraisal. He dealt with our insurance company, even coming here and going up on the roof with the insurance adjuster. He answered all of my questions. The Project Manager, Jim Bauer, came by every day to make sure everything kept moving & when the roof was done he checked to make sure everything was finished properly. The ladies in Accounts Receivable were really helpful when a payment I sent was misdelivered by USPS. Everyone at F Fedale was extremely nice & knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

We were extremely pleased with our roof replacement from G. Fedale. The company came highly recommended, and from start to finish, the project was smooth, professional, and worry free. This was a team of knowledgeable and skilled professionals. Our project consultant J.D ‘s efforts were exceptional. He spent several hours at our home, examining the damaged roof areas and explaining the process involved in a total roof replacement. He was polite, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. We never felt rushed as JD took time to answer our questions, showed us a sample of the layers of roofing materials to be used, and took pictures to later share with the insurance company. On the same visit, J D, and another Fedale ambassador, Damian, temporarily patched a large area on our roof to prevent any further damage by an impending storm until the roof repair could take place. When our insurance claim representative arrived on Saturday to assess the roof damage, another Fedale ambassador , Ryan, was there to coordinate with him and provide any additional information on Fedale’s assessment of the roofing damage. Additionally, our contact person, Matt W. responded to our emails within several minutes. On the day of the actual project, a crew of seven hard-working men, with Chris as site manager, diligently worked a 12 hour day to install an impressive new roof. It looks great! The cleanup was perfect! We are greatly satisfied with G. Fedale’s workmanship and service. Thank you JD Byrd and the entire team of skilled professionals at G. Fedale for a very positive experience. I would like to thank JD for making my experience with Fedale a very very pleasant one and checking on me after it was completed. Thank you to Jimmy for his assistance during the roof installation. Fedale did a very good job. I was very very impressed also with the clean up after the Job was completed you would not have known that they was there at all.

We had our entire house front siding replaced with real stone, and the results and craftsmanship were stunning. I can’t say enough good about our Project Manager (JD Byrd). JD was super responsive to texts, calls, and emails throughout the job lifecycle. Would definitely do business with them again.
