Brock did a roof inspection while my house was in escrow. He followed up and provided me with an estimate. He took pictures of slipped tiles (that were secured again), a broken tile (that they replaced), underlayment areas to watch, and showed where mortar cracks had cracked. The 17-page report identified the good, the bad, and the ugly and made it an easy decision about the repairs to proceed with. Truly appreciate the thorough nature of the inspection because whether on the ground, or on the roof, I can confidently say I would have missed much of what they found. Thank you!

Brock came out to do a full roof inspection for us after our neighbors pool filter top blew off and came crashing onto our tile roof. Happy to recommend an upright honest company. Brock was a pleasure to work with… let’s be honest no one wants to spend money on a roof.. but at 30 years old the original roof was in need of a new underlayment. Brock showed up when he said he would, provided a quote the same day with pictures of the damaged wood and included the replacement for the wood into his quote. Provided samples of the different underlayment options as well. Crew was FAST! One full day to complete almost the entire job… 2 hours the following day to finish up the details. Rain came through the next 2 days and no leaks. Cleanup of yard was fantastic. Attention to detail was appreciated. Brock Thomas of Weather-Tite Exteriors provided some of the best service I have ever experienced during all of these storms in the greater Phoenix area. I found out there was a leak in my roof a week ago. None of the other companies were able to get to me quick enough to take a look at my roof before the next storm. I called Brock at 4:00 in the afternoon to see if he could come by and tarp my roof in preparation for the next storm coming in that night. He told me he would be there in an hour and was right on time. Brock immediately jumped on my roof and got to work trying to beat the setting sun and incoming rain. After he was done, he told me to let him know how the night went. Unfortunately, there was another area that rain was coming in through the roof. Before I could text him in the morning, I got a text from Brock asking me how the night went. I told him there was still water coming in.
