Rick and Bradley are top-notch guys. Came to my house, Discused what color roof to put on . Explained to me what the benefits to the roofing that they use are, made sure I understood what was gonna happen when it was gonna happen. What could possibly happen what we would do about the things, if there were any problems, what cost would be concerned that he couldn’t quote me upfront and these guys showed up and did the roof in almost one day cleaned up well, super respectful. I have to say I do customer service for a living so I can be a very difficult customer to please , but I am extremely pleased. There was even a small mishap and Steel City Roofers fix the problem quickly professionally and you would never know that it happened. I can’t begin to tell you how pleased I am with the work they did how clean and professional they were and how quick and responsive they were , beyond pleased. And the warranty that comes with their work is worth its weight and gold. I’m a firm believer that service plans and warrantees are simply buying peace of mind that your stuff will always work and the warranty offered with their services and products. Definitely give you a piece of mind. I’ll use them again in the future.

This is the best roofing company I've ever worked with. They do outstanding work and use excellent materials. Where most roofers try to complicate the pricing to try to get the most they can, this company was very clear and honest, they gave a good fair bid and there were no surprise "price hikes". They were professional and courteous from beginning to end, on time and easy to get a hold of. They got the job done faster than I expected and thoroughly cleaned up afterwords without leaving any trash or even a single stray screw or nail on the ground. My new roof looks great and I couldn't be happier.

I had such a wonderful and incredibly positive experience with Steel City Roofing. Rick, my contractor was so responsive and made sure everything was done the correct way to insure any and all issues were addressed. He also worked very hard with my insurance company to get the claim handled. I would recommend them to anyone who needed roof repairs or replacement. I had some water issues repaired as well and Rick arranged the contractors who did impeccable work and were very kind and thorough. I can't say enough good things about my experience.

This is the busiest time of the year for roofing companies. They were booked for a couple of weeks, but made time to fit us in sooner since we had several leaks. His crew worked quickly! Everyone was kind and helpful throughout the whole process! If you have any other home improvement projects, contact Rick. Steel City Roofers came as a suggestion from a friend of a friend, but as soon as I met Rick at the first meeting I knew I didn’t need another company. Rick was transparent and so helpful in the process of making sure we got what we needed from the insurance company. He let us know which week to expect the work to start, and even followed up that week to see if they may be able to start early. The crew showed up ON TIME and ON THE DAY THEY SAID THEY WOULD! Bradley was on site and awesome- even sent pictures of the finished product. Roofs aren’t fun to buy, and thankfully it’s not something that has to be replaced often, but I will always suggest Steel City Roofers and use again in the future!
