JB's Contracting and Maintenance

JB's Contracting and Maintenance was recommended by Baker Metal Works for maintenance and cleaning of my metal roof that was installed in 2015. I am very satisfied with their work. I have a few more house projects to be accomplished. I'm sure I will call JB's again.

We are so lucky to have found Joe and Chase. Initially I contacted JB Contracting to help with an emergency situation which they handled quickly and efficiently. After understanding their capabilities, they were able to tackle many large projects with challenging obstacles. They have gone out of their way to ensure we are comfortable. I'm happy that I chose JB's Contracting and Maintenance for a home improvement. I needed to replace a double patio door with a quality slider door, and do a small plumbing job, so I scheduled a visit online for an estimate. Taylor and Joe responded promptly and gave an estimate for the work and door. The door was a special order so when Joe came to doublecheck the door measurements, he did the plumbing job. When the door arrived, Richard and Aden came, removed the old door and installed the new one in just a couple hours. They did a wonderful job, and left the job site clean. After they left, Joe called to see if I was satisfied with their work, and I was. The entire experience I had with Joe, Taylor, Richard and Aden, makes me want to be a return client, for future home improvements.

Very responsive and professional! After calling several electricians in my area, JB's was the only one to call me back within an hour of me calling. The came out to check my situation the same day and let me know what was going on with my power. Thank you! 10/10 recommended.

Shortly after Hurricane Michael after asking around for a good contractor we contacted Joe about building a detached garage for our home. Joe took our rough ideas and built a great garage with a covered walkway to the home. It handles two cars with plenty of extra space. The two double garage doors allow easy ingress and egress for my truck and wife's car. In addition it's attractive and complements the home. Best move we ever made.
