Jonathan and his roofing team are truly outstanding! I can't stress enough how much we appreciate their work. Jonathan was swift to visit and provide an estimate for a new roof, roof deck, and skylight. As soon as we decided to go forward, the team was at our Miami home right on time. They were punctual and hardworking! My spouse and I made several alterations during the project, and they were able to meet all our demands seamlessly. The deck was set up on the rear half of the second floor, but we're definitely inviting them back to attach a pergola and another deck on the top floor. Also, these pictures were taken before they fixed the black downspout and fascia.

Our roofing project wasn't scheduled to start for another week when we contacted them. However, with rain forecast for the following day in Miami, they accommodated us and completed the entire job in roughly 4 hours. Jonathan and Chris, who were on the job, showed great respect for our property and left it spotless. The work they completed was exceptional and offered at a fantastic price.
