I highly recommend this company— Premier Pacific Roofing Inc. They do great work, in a timely manner. Worked hard to get what the roof needed, at a price I could handle. They are very good people to work with. 😃 They are NOT “pushing “ you into a NOW decision.

We had Premier Pacific Roofing remove our 33 year old cedar shingle roof and install Presidential T/L. Everyone from our salesperson Victor to the crew were friendly and empathetic. They were very careful when removing our roof and cleaned up every night. We could not be happier. We highly recommend Premier Pacific Roofing!!

Amazing customer service, from the time I contacted them with my issue to the end. I would get detailed updates of where in the process the work was at, so there were never any surprises. Their customer portal made it easy for me to see pictures of the work, billing, and any other notes left by any staff member. All staff that contacted me during the work was knowledgeable, kind, and respectful. I definitely recommend Premier Pacific Roofing!

I recently enlisted the services of Premier Pacific Roofing for a roofing project at my home and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed! Premier Pacific Roofing did not compensate me for the damage they caused during our roof installation (scratched window, damaged gutters and fascia boards, water leakage into the bathrooms, punctured car tire, etc.) They still have my down payment. We were blackmailed and intimidated during the project and after they left our job site. We gave them two chances to install the new roof, and both times they did not install materials according to manufacturers’ instructions. We discovered all their mistakes ourselves. There were problems with the roofing crew from the outset, so we were very wary and checked every stage of their work. The owner gave up on completing the project (leaving us with an improperly dried in roof) after he and his employees were very negligent on the job. Among other things, they installed starter shingles with staples, they couldn't install skylights according to the manufacturer instructions we provided them with, and they didn't replace rotted plywood sheathing (which was in the contract), etc.

I had 4 roofing companies come and bid on my leaking roof, Premier Pacific was by far the best. Great communication, made sure I understood what they proposed and what they believed was the problem, as well as reasonably priced. I'm very happy with the work they did and highly recommend them.

I called and transferred my roof warranty 6 years ago when I bought my home. It was a quick easy process. They even mailed me a warranty folder. That same year I had a leak, they came out and fixed it right away at no cost. Fast forward to 2024 post ice storm. I had some leaking so called them to see if my warranty was still valid. This time I got a very different response. After a few days of them looking for my information and me making follow-up phone calls, I was told they didn't have my address in the system. I was even asked if I was calling the right company. I emailed a photo of the warranty folder to Annette. She again told me I wasn't in the system. Then they just stopped responding to me like I was trying to fraud them. I get it, it's rough right now, but wow. You can't do this to people. A roof is a significant investment, if you are looking for a company you can trust, this is not it. I'll also be filing a complaint with the bbb and attorney generals office so consumers are aware of their shady practices. I am not asking them for anything. I just want homeowners to be aware. 2 stars because they were quick to come out and provide an estimate, though likely should've still been covered under warranty. I had a few contractors come out and 3 of the 4 said whoever installed my roof missed the nail line and didn't do the flashing and valley correctly hence the leak. So quality here is lacking too.

PPR installed a metal and asphalt roof replacement. Very processional offering me the 3 requested bids styles including material samples. The tradesmen were on-time and worked in calamitic weather to get the job completed with minimal downtime. The roof looks and functions perfectly. A very happy customer; I highly recommend.
