The only roofing company that showed up when they said they would after an entire year of being blown off by roofers in this area. Omar & Oscar did a beautiful job repairing our concrete tiled roof, Armando always answers the phone, and Vanessa couldn’t be easier to work with. Great workmanship, great crew, they were clean, fast, and efficient. The pricing was fair and transparent. Highly recommend this crew!

Armondo made an appointment to come give me an estimate and never showed up. I should have read the reviews for this company first. It seems this is very common of this company.

Spent $70,000 to install a new metal roof with Pro Services. Had subsequent issues, with the first significant snowfall of the season, regarding a poor install job of heat tape, as well as, flashing to divert water away from my house with a previous trouble spot that has leaked. Tried numerous times via texting & phone calls to get Armando to come back & help me trouble shoot the issue (as he said he would do when he performed the initial work), he has refused to either communicate with me or take any ownership of the issue. Incredibly disappointing for such a significant financial investment.

I have left numerous messages as well as several text messages. It showed that Armando read the text messages and still NO response! They have a very large down payment for work that needs to be done and he will not give me a status update. Also, said they came and cleaned gutters on a specific date but they were never here.
