We decided to upgrade from shingles to metal roof. They did an excellent job with everything. Fast estimate, explanation of the work, installation and clean up after all the work was done. The work was completed in a timely matter and quickly resolved any issues. Roofing guys were great. They stayed until late working on our roof. They definitely honor their business promise "Roof done right"!

Great experience. Jared responded to my cry for help promptly came out the first time I called. I have an older metal roof and needed someone to listen to my questions and address them clearly and honestly. He did both. He has given me hope not a runaround. Being an "older" person I want to stay in my home a few more years and keep it maintained, and a good roof is high priority. I feel confident Jared and Barbara will be there to answer when I(and my roof) need help. Thank you Jared and Barbara. Rose

Southern Construction does quality work for an extremely fair price. They are thorough and professional, and will come back out to inspect your roof if you have any questions or concerns. I highly recommend Southern Construction if you need a new roof.

Beware of Southern Construction LLC, roofing contractor. They did NOT give me a choice of shingles on my house. They dropped a bundle of shingles on the roof vent from my over the stove microwave crushing the vent and cause my microwave to make terrible noise when I use the microwave vent. I complained but did no good. They did not clean up carefully so I got 2 flat tires from roofing nails left in my driveway. one comment they made was: "some labor from Mexico was cheep but there were HUNGRY people from other countries that were cheeper" Martin Oreschnigg

Your job was done over a year ago. Your roof vent was taken care of the very next day after your roof was put on. I also worked with you and let you make payments on the final balance. I have not spoken to you since you since your home was completed and the final payment was made, which one again was over a year ago. Every single customer chooses their shingle and color. You picked the shingles at you kitchen table. Color and shingle choice is always approved by the customer before the order is placed- it also states the shingle color and shingle brand on your contract that you sign and are given. We warranty our work. If you had any issues with your roof, you could have called our office, which has had the same phone number for years. As previously stated, your vent was taken care of. I have never spoken about my workforce to any customer. I have worked with my crews for years and they are excellent. What you are stating is one hundred percent slander and a false statement.

Our roof was at its end of life. We had a complete tear off, new decking, chimney flashing, removal of turbine vents ,etc. They covered shrubs ,flower beds, removed items away from house to keep from damaging and put everything back once job was done. Cleaned up all debris and went around entire house picked up nails and left the property as clean as it was before they started. The crew started working on arrival and didnt stop until job completed. I'm very satisfied with their service & Colby's estimate is what we paid no unexpected price changes. Roof looks amazing. I highly recommend anyone that needs a roof to contact them. Thank you Colby and the crew. 👍👍👍

I've had many roof replaced over the years and multiple addresses using Southern Construction and they can't be beat. There quality of work is amazing, they clean up after job is complete and you never knew they we're there. The guys we're very nice and answered any questions I had. I would recommend Southern for any roofing job and will continue to use them on all my future roofing jobs.

Employees were great, owner not so much. His employee recommended that we have the fascia done as well. Verified prices and paid at the same time that we made the final payment for the roof. After 3 months of no contact, the owner now says that we never paid for the fascia and refuses to refund the money

We are sorry to hear this, however, if you refer to your contract, there is no where on the contract stating the fascia was to be replaced. You did not get charged for any fascia at all. You were told that if you wanted your fascia replaced, it would be an additional charge. We only charged you for the scope of work that was completed and saying otherwise is false information.

Incredibly poor management, hires felons and unskilled laborers without any skilled supervision. Job took twice as long as estimated. Roof looks horrible and leaks. No fit and finish. Damaged house in process, and constantly left site trashed.

Good afternoon, Your job was done aprox 4+ years ago. We built the covered porch like you husband wanted. And, during a construction project it does get messy. No job gets left with debris behind. You have not called once over this. Also- that is not how we left the job. The posts were wrapped with 2 x 6 and 2 x 8 treated lumber. Your railings were up.m, your soffit was completed, the entire job was completed and cleaned up. If you need to discuss anything further, feel free to xall 870-405-2359. This is being brought up for the first time in four years.
