Pawcatuck roofing replaced my roof in spring 2024. Our old roof was about 25 years old and beginning to let moisture in. I had received multiple quotes on the project, and they can in at a competitive price. Unlike the other companies, there was no pressure to upsell. The work was completed quickly and professionally. Best of all, other than a great new roof, they left no sign that they had been there. The team even used magnets to ensure no stray nails were left in the yard where our children play. We had a very rainy month after the install, and our roof is keeping us nice a dry. Good price, easy to work with, and a quality roof. I highly recommend Pawcatuck Roofing.

I contracted for some repairs. At first they sent a crew that I suspect were sub-contractors. They arrived out of the blue without scheduling a time, and were not prepared to perform the work as written. After a short conflict, they left. (What if I hadn't been home?) I received a call from a person different from the one I had first dealt with. When she refused to let me have the job my way, she agreed to send my deposit back. I told her that it is unfortunate that the company issued a contract and took my money for something they would not deliver. The next day I received a call from the person I had made contact with in the very beginning, and she offered to set up a date for the work as written. I accepted. A new crew arrived (later than promised--50 minutes outside of the promised window of time) in a company truck this time, and worked for 3.25 hours. The work was done as specified. It rained like crazy the next day and all is good. They put some construction debris in my recycle bin and I had to move it, but not the end of the world.

I have used Pawcatuck Roofing for two jobs now and both times they have done an outstanding job. The first time was a couple of years ago for a broken tile on our multi-colored slate roof. I was nervous to entrust just anyone with that job because of how delicate the tiles are, but they handled it perfectly. I can’t even tell which one was replaced! This year I bought a house that needed a full roof replacement and a repair made to a tree damaged area, and I knew just who to call. Brent came out and talked to me about the job, I had a quote the next day, and the work was scheduled quickly. The team completed the job in 2 days, and when it was done, the project manager, Sam, called me to go over what was done and see if I had any questions. The roof looks great. Based on their professionalism and experience, you would think their cost would be higher than the competition, but they are extremely reasonable. I highly recommend Pawcatuck Roofing!

This 5 star review is for Paige(and no doubt the whole company if we use them) I called to inquire for an estimate for a new roof for my parents. She was SUPER helpful and deserves a tropical vacation somewhere asap. But in all seriousness, they are responsive and never tried to sell us on anything. Last week, Pawcatuck Roofing replaced the roof on our house and I couldn't be happier with the experience and the outcome. From the initial contact when they responded promptly and provided their proposal to the completion of the job, Pawcatuck Roofing was professional and responsive to our requests. The work crew showed up early (before 7:30) each day and I was impressed with how quickly the crew got to work and how hard they worked throughout the day. Pawcatuck Roofing was everything I wanted in a roofing contractor. Reputation for quality which they delivered on. They have been around a long time and will likely continue to be around if I need them in the future. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, accessible, and prompt (including after the install when I had follow up questions). They stand behind their work and the manufacturer does as well. And I found their price to be very reasonable compared to other quotes I got. If you are in need of any work on your roof, you should definitely give them a call for a quote.

Brent Holland v.p. of company came out to the house very pleasant AND PROFESSIONAL. They took care of everything from the building permit to the dumpster. I amVery pleased with quality workmanship They did it in one day and the yard was cleaner than I had left it . The G.A.F. layer lock Shingles had stamped right on them ( Miami Dade county approved ) they also have superb fabric water barriers , that was enough for me excellent. Pawtucket roofing called me back every time to get though the process . Now I have many years of living worry free bring on the storms .Thanks to Brent Holland v.p. We felt very comfortable after talking to Brent Holland and seeing some of their work first hand & reading online reviews to go with Pawcatuck roofing. We had 4 different estimates and their price was very fair in comparison. We had a very large job including a new roof with dormers, a detached garage and all new certainteed vinyl siding that looks like real shingles. We also had all of our trim work replaced w azek , new gutters, Mitsubishi line covers and our lighting totally swapped out. Brent’s crew with Luis at the helm did a fantastic job and we couldn’t be anymore pleased with all the details, it came out absolutely perfect. Not everyone can have such a great crew whom works so hard and efficiently and a special shout out to Alex you are very talented at trim work. I highly recommend using this Company for any of your roofing or siding needs, they will make sure all your concerns are met and you will not be disappointed 10 stars from us :)
