I recently had our roof replaced by Arkansas River Valley Roofing. The entire process from the free estimate to the finished product went extremely well! Kyle and crew did a superb job. They were punctual and efficient. I must also say they did a wonderful job cleaning up. My wife and I highly recommend this company.

It's uncommon these days to deal with a company that has such great customer service. These guys were easy to work with and guided me through the whole process. They were able to quickly tear off and redo my entire roof and outbuilding in under a day and a half. They cleaned up their mess and were very professional. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone.

This company came through for my mother who had been waiting for months for repair with another company. They worked til after dark on a Sunday and got the job done. This company is clearly dedicated to get the job done and done right. Very appreciative to them for taking care of this for my mom.

The customer service I received from this company was OUTSTANDING! They explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. I was never left with questions regarding my insurance claim or installation of new roof and gutters. The quality of material they use seems top notch as well. I was excited to use this servicer per the reviews, and I was completely let down with certain work that was completed in my home. I’m glad the outside part of my roof was matched closely to the original. The work was done when I was out of state, when I returned there was dust a debris all over my bedroom. I contacted the owner and they stated they would send “cleaners”. When the cleaners showed up they didn’t know what they were there for, and they said they could vacuum my bed and carpet. I turned them away as vacuuming my bed was not going to fix the issue. Now I have to purchase a new bed, due to all the dust sitting there and me having terrible allergies. I have attached pictures I sent to them as proof. I will definitely not use this company again or recommend to friends or family.

I have used this company twice now. Once as a replacement roofing for my Aunt and recently for our home. Matt and Chris are absolutely the best. They are professional, easy to work with and helped us select our roofing based on our needs. Their roofing crews are an added bonus. Both crews went above and beyond when preparing tarps to catch old roofing and nails. They had the utmost respect for our properties and did an amazing job with the install and clean up. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED please consider them for your roofing needs. We are BEYOND PLEASED with our roof, love our shingle color choice and will MOST DEFINITELY refer them to friends and family.
