The whole team was excellent Hollie was right there from the start guided me through working with my insurance company help working out a date to do the job. The crew work hard and steady got the job done quick. Worked around letting me get my dogs out for breaks and the cleaned there mess up getting all the nails and taking care of my plants and landscaping I highly recommend them for roofing needs.

I was nervous about not being home for the roofing. They were done and cleaned up when I got home roof looks great and extra work was done to make it look better. Painting vent pipes etc. also everything was cleaned up so well it was if they were never there.

MRC replaced my roof in a matter of one day and the quality is unbeatable! Very satisfied and impressed with their customer service and the speed at which it was completed.

The entire experience was easy and pleasant. Every team member was polite and professional. Work site was spotless afterwards-no granules, nails or material to be found and the shingles look great!

We had hail damage to our roof & the insurance company denied it. Thanks to Clint & Bill they got it approved & we now have a new roof. Great customer service all the way from Clint, office personnel & roofers. Clint stayed in constant contact with me. Even followed up this morning. Highly recommend!

We had extensive damage and our rep Clint Hartley was very helpful and detailed oriented. He even called after the job was complete to make sure we were satisfied with the work and his services. It’s rare to have that kind of service in this day and age.

Contacted them end of June when we had that awful storm. We knew they’d be busy of course so we had more patience on getting calls back. We didn’t realize it would take months just to get a call back after multiple attempts (texts and calls). After sending a text about how upset we were by their lack of communication we finally had someone come out. Paid half deposit in September and was told roof would be fixed first week of November. No, roof got fixed the very end of December with zero communication during the month of November as we sat and waited. We got communication saying it would be done that Monday or Tuesday but it never happened during those days but over a week and half later( Thursday before Christmas) So we had all their materials in our yard for over a week before they even installed. Now here we are two weeks out with new half roof and left over shingles (3 groups) are still in our yard killing our grass and two calls have been made about it with no sense of urgency. They clearly don’t care if their product gets stolen. Took 6 months start to finish and we know others who have given up trying to get work done from the same storm due to lack of communication. The guys who did the roof did a good job and made sure everything was cleaned up but the company as a whole we will not be using again.

What a great job those guys did on our roof. Very hard working group. Very neat and professional. The clean up job was great i have not found a nail (yet).lol. I love this roof. I do not recommend using them for gutter repair, the young men who did that part of the job were not professional and did sub par work. It also took 2 weeks to resolve this issue. Check out the photo.
