I don't normally write reviews, but I had such a great experience with Rainier Roofing that I felt I had to spread the word. From beginning to end, the interactions I had with RR were exceptional and low pressure. My first contact was with Anthony, who was down-to-earth and happy to answer all the questions I had regarding what it would mean to replace my roof. He was honest about his assessments and the options that his company could offer. I'll be honest, it helped that the offer was very competitive with other companies. My situation was perhaps slightly unique in that I was having solar panels pulled off so that the roof could be replaced, and then installed again. I didn't have to do a single thing to work out the schedule except confirm with Andrew after he worked out the timeline with the solar company. When the re-roofing project started, I was led through the step-by-step process by another Andrew who communicated with me every single day, sending me pictures of progress and giving me updates throughout the day. It's a level of communication I haven't seen since having my kids in daycare, and it was very much appreciated to see what was going on as the roof was being torn off and reinstalled. I was walked through what would happen before and after the project, as well as during it when it was discovered that some plywood panels needed to be replaced. The installation itself seemed to be run through the well-oiled machine that was Jose's team (Jose, Harvin, and Eduardo). They showed up on time or earlier every single day, and I never heard any complaints. In fact, talking to them was a pleasure as they knew exactly what they were doing, which was comforting. When there was rain in the schedule they communicated promptly about how their schedule might shift and let me know when they were starting or stopping. I actually didn't even need to be at home as they arrived every morning, did their work, and cleaned everything up each afternoon. I thankfully didn't run into any stray materials or leftover screws as I've had with some projects from other companies. All in all, I would highly recommend Rainier Roofing to anybody that's looking to have a roof replaced. Being knowledgeable, polite, efficient, and timely made the project feel like a breeze on my side.

In 2023, our roof turned 30 years old and we were concerned about it so we started looking for roofers that were reasonably priced and provided good to great value. We found great reviews on Rainier Roofing Company and decided to check them out. Anthony, their inspector/sales guy was our first contact and he inspected our roof not only outside but inside in our attic where he found several leaks around pipes and vents and moist areas in the plywood sheeting. This meant the plywood, underpayment and shingles had failed to keep water out and was threatening our interior drywall. I was impressed with Anthony's knowledge as he showed me outside where flashing was failing around our chimney and told me about new flapper valves for pipes and venting to let exhaust out but keep water from getting in, and he showed me the quality products Rainier Roofing insists on using because they are all about quality and value. Upon his inspection he took pictures to show us the leaks in the attic and I also saw those with my own eyes. They gave us an absolutely fair and competitive quote for the job! We hired them and are so glad we did. They did an outstanding job replacing our roof, including 14 sheets of new plywood, and Michael, the project manager and his foreman kept me informed with progress reports including more than 80 photos in phone texts showing the damage and the progress on repairs. After it was all done, in a mere 3 days time mind you, Michael gave me a walkthrough of the work for my approval. To sum up: I found that Rainier Roofing is a company full of knowledgeable, friendly, hard working, quality and customer service-driven staff, and has more than fair and competitive pricing. They also provide financing if anyone needs that. If you need roof repair or a new roof altogether, take my advice and call them first. We're so glad we did!

Working with Anthony, Brendan, and their team for our cedar shake roof repair was a seamless experience. They not only made scheduling easy but also went the extra mile by offering an earlier repair date when it became available. On the day of the repair, their dedication and hard work were evident, resulting in an incredible transformation of our roof. I highly recommend informing neighbors about any upcoming roof work and notifying cleaners about older windows for added protection. In summary, the professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail from Anthony, Brendan, and the team make them the go-to choice for exceptional roof repairs.

We looked at several companies when it was time to redo our roof, and we could not be happier we went with Rainier Roofing. From the beginning to end, their communication was fantastic, the work was done neatly and efficiently, and they even replaced an item for us although it was outside their scope of work because they could. They were also very reasonably priced. It was a 10/10 experience and we'd recommend them to anyone!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Rainier Roofing. From the very beginning, they were easy to work with. Logan was quick to reach out to schedule a bid, as well as provide us with a detailed bid so there was transparency regarding the cost. He was easy to work with, and knowledgeable about the process and product. As a customer not knowing much about roofing, he made me feel comfortable and helped guide me in the decision-making process. Rainier was able to schedule us in a timely manner, and coordinated with us throughout, including project start date, and weather delays (it is Seattle after all). The crew even came out on a rain delay day to ensure the project was in good condition against the weather. Landon was a pleasure to work with during the project, including sending us updates, and communicating via text and in person about findings, and answering/asking questions. Each day the crew worked efficiently and even blew/swept debris to ensure the site was clean at the end of each work day. From start to finish we had an excellent experience with Rainier Roofing Company. A well managed, disciplined and highly professional crew - Caleb, Landon and Omar - all rock stars - and great roofers. Excellent communications throughout the entire process - from estimating to installation to final inspection. Seamless all the way - we highly recommend them!

Rainier Roofing Company installed our new metal roof and replace one skylight. They did a phenomenal job! They were extremely communicative every step of the way and got the job done quickly. Caleb really helped us understand the process and was very accommodating. We did a few quotes with other companies in the area, but the quote we received from them was really reasonable! They went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy with the final result. I recommend them and will call them the next time we need roofing work.

Three new construction skylights, and minor repair! From start to finish the team a Rainier Roofing did an amazing job; polite, responsive, great quality and workmanship (they pay attention to the details), good price (not the most expensive and not the lowest price), genuine, down-to-earth people. Caleb our estimator was extremely responsive and super helpful throughout the quote process. Jarad (owner), very responsive with coordinating the schedule and weather delays. Andrew (project lead and interior specialist) and Rene (roofer / exterior specialist / lead) did an awesome job; they showed up on time (even in the freezing rain), taped the interior layout to ensure the location was correct (mirroring the layout of the existing skylights), covered everything, worked as a team, all very professional, cleaned up after themselves everyday (including running a magnet over the exterior area ensuring no stray nails were left). Would I use Rainier again? YES! Next project with Rainier will be updating / replacing the existing fixed skylights to match the new venting skylights.
