KGJ Roofing

I like to have three proposals for projects I do not have the time or skill set to complete. I contacted four companies, three came out to evaluate job, and only one followed my request for options; KGJ Roofing. The evaluator listened to my thoughts on re-roofing my 900sqft stand alone garage, added his expertise to the options and told me I would have the written estimates within a week. KGJ came back with material options to keep the aesthetic I was looking for. Each option clearly laid out what materials would be used along with costs. Upon agreeing to one of the options, and making the necessary deposit, a date was set. On the day of the job, KGJ's crew arrived when they said they would and went right to work. They were fast & efficient in the tear-off, cleaned up any debris that didn't make it into the truck, and prepared the surface to accept the new roofing materials. The entire crew departed aside from two lone men who worked each side of the roof. They laid out the new shingles perfectly along each tier, working very quickly and with great precision. Upon completion, they did a final policing of the surrounding area to ensure no nails or trimmings were left behind....and they were all gone as quickly as they arrived. I can't be more pleased (well, if it were free it could be topped!) with the final outcome. New roof makes the while building look better, the colored shingles and matching drip edge goes with the surrounding environment. I would highly recommend KGJ Roofing, and don't look past the 50 yr shingles, they are a fantastic value!

My insurance company recently refused to cover any claims related to the roof of a home we have in Show Low saying the roof was in need of repair/replacement. I contacted KGJ and they quickly responded and sent Patrick to inspect the roof. Patrick was very easy to work with and very responsive (we actually live near Phoenix). The old roof shingles were completely removed, the wood inspected and a new roof was installed (this time correctly) in a very short time. I highly recommend KGJ roofing and 5 stars to Patrick.

This is a crazy good company. The crew that did the work were fast, efficient, communicated continuously with each other, and enjoyed working together. They stripped the old roof off and had to repair a lot of damage. They were still able to get the new metal roof completed in just two days! The owner and office staff were great. They took the time to explain everything to me and answered all my questions. All the costs were clearly identified before any work was begun. Kenny and his team are amazing to work with! There aren't enough stars to cover their workmanship, dependability, quality and communIcation. Kenny met me onsite to inspect the damages and then to meet with the insurance adjuster, walking them through all issues with the roof and inside damage. Kenny either called or texted during every step of the project. The crew foreman even roofed our bird house to match! Class act caring about the customers. The office manager Shirley is the friendliest, spot on gal and is a pleasure to work with. From start to finish she dealt with the insurance company and kept me in the loop during every aspect of the job. I highly recommend anyone needing a roof to contact them.
