The best roofing company I have used by far in the Sierra Vista area. The bid price was very competitive and there were no surprise additions. Before deciding, I was able to look at various tile options and multiple options for the roof felt and batting were explained to me, so that I could make an informed decision. All the employees were very courteous and answered all my questions while the work was being done, and they were properly supervised. I discovered the company had a policy of training their employees on the latest roofing methods, and it seemed to me everyone was knowledgeable and took pride in their work.

I have used this business for inspections in the past and now want to replace my roof. I called to get an estimate on June 27 and was told the soonest they could do that was sometime in October.... Not the work, but an estimate! Wow, I guess the market is ripe right now, but sometime in the future they may actually care about customers and new business.

I had some dry rot to take care of before painting the house. They probably used 4 sheets of plywood and about 50 ft of 2x8 facia. The guy they had doing the repairs was great. He also found some cement tiles not properly attached to the house. Instead of just cutting our a couple of feet of facia, they replaced the entire boards instead of piecemealing in pieces of facia. They also repaired some areas where birds were nesting under the overhang. They did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone in the future.

Never called back, business must be good for them. Wont work the roof is leaking had to go with a Tuscan company even though I prefer to use local.

I have never left a review in my life but felt I would be remiss if I did not identify that this is the most professional company that I have ever worked with. They were at my house within 30 minutes of calling. They also took the time to inform me of the issues, explain what caused them and showed me how easily they can be repaired. Additionally, they responded to all email inquiries within 12 hours. If you need repairs and want to work with an honest company that will not try to take advantage of you, this is the one. I would never use any other company.

We called Artistic Roofing on Feb. 11, 2021, to make an appointment for a roof inspection. Whitney told us the earliest possible appt. was Tuesday, April 6, 2021, with a 10am-3pm window. We agreed. We called on April 1, 2021, to confirm our appt. Whitney again advised us our appt. was still scheduled for Tuesday, April 6, 10am-3pm.. We stayed home the entire day. No one showed up. No one called. Very disappointed.

This company was a pleasure to do business with, from the owner, office staff and field workers we had contact with. Everyone was helpful, professional and obviously skilled in what they do. I would highly recommend them.
