We were extremely pleased and satisfied with the entire experience and now have a beautiful high quality roof which will give us the comfort of living more securely in our nearly 30-year old home. Through their diligent work and long hours, the project was completed in a timely manner and after each day the clean-up was quite thorough throughout our property. How refreshing! I called HTR two days ago about a shingle that blew off during hurricane Ian. I spoke to Mike Lopez, such a professional gentleman. I explained the issue, expected that for something so trivial there would be no way someone would come out. Well today Mike not only showed up at the specified time and explained the shingle that blew off(i still had) was a flashing cover and is just glued on. He got on the roof found the vent that the shingle was from, came off the roof, got materials to reinstall and the shingle, got back on the roof reattached, did a full roof inspection and charged me nothing, and would not take a tip! This company and Mike have reestablished my faith in contractors. Do not look elsewhere, if you need roofing of any type here is your only choice!!! Wonderful experience.

I've contracted High Tide Roofing twice. The first time was for a roof replacement. The second time was for a balcony flat deck replacement. On both occasions, they performed excellent quality workmanship, demonstrated pride in their work and the desire to completely satisfy the customer. High Tide Roofing is the first company I will call for any future roof and gutter needs.

How fortunate I was to find Bill Lanni and High Tide Roofing and Waterproofing! I had a unique problem with leaks in my Four Seasons sunroom, both with the curved glass roof and several of the sliding glass windows. It takes a special expertise to diagnose and make the necessary repairs. Bill is a man of his word and promised he would do that for me. His team of technicians were simply wonderful. Although it was a very frustrating issue, they managed to finally locate and repair the leaks. And I have to add that they did it with good humor and good manners--fine young men. Bill Lanni and his team are a class act. I am happy to give this company my highest recommendation.

I would like to let everyone know that we are very pleased with the quality and workmanship of our new roof. The roofing team at High Tide Roofing exhibited a high degree of technical knowledge during our the roof replacement process. EXCELLENT We have the best roof in North city! High Tide Roofing is a highly responsive, professional company. We'd give them 10 stars if we could! Superb materials, punctual (arrived early, left late) and pleasant employees, fast response from management, gave us good advice, too, and cleaned up entire site (including magnetizing the yard for stray nails!). We recommend HIGH TIDE ROOFING to anyone who wants craftsmanship (as in the old days), reliability, good price for high-level work, and a beautiful product.
