Beware of this company. I'm so disappointed by how many times the ball has been dropped. I initially used them to repair my roof and within a few weeks had a leak in my bathroom because they "forgot" to seal the area around the bathroom fan. It was a quick fix so I didn't complain. I then used them to replace my gutters. I had a few estimates from other companies first. One of the other companies made me aware my roof did not meet code. The required drip edge was not installed. I contacted Brandon the owner and he said it wasn't mandatory for my city. I ended up getting it added to my gutter installation package at a discounted rate. After the installation debris was left throughout my yard. They removed it after I complained. The final straw was workers coming to my home unannounced the next WEEK to "complete a job" that I paid for in full. I was not notified of any issues. Otherwise, i wouldn't have paid. I am livid. I was told they simply forgot to notify there were custom drip edge pieces that had to be ordered. Had my camera not picked up movement, i wouldn't know work was performed on my house today.I will NEVER use them or recommend them for any future work. This is horrible customer service. The client should always be notified and informed. The owner "Brandon" argued and talked over me after I told him the mediocre sorry doesn't cut it. He was very condescending and I left the conversation feeling like I was wrong for speaking up about their poor performance.

I wanted to say thank you again to USA Roofing and Gutters in Trussville. Everything seem to be going wrong, we had just had a death in the family, my car was in need of repair and I had water dripping from my ceiling. I called to get someone to come out to give me a estimate to repair my roof. I was venting to Michelle, the Office Manager. She was so friendly and got someone scheduled to come out to check my roof, but she also recommended someone near me that could repair my car. (I used the repair shop and I'm on the road again, thanks to her kindness). Mark came out and while he was here, I showed him a gutter that was bent and the water was pouring over the edge instead of going down the downspout. Mark and his team came out a couple days later and repaired the roof and the gutter in a short amount of time at a much affordable price. I definitely recommend them!!! Donna Jones Argo Al

USA Roofing worked two projects for me, a rental townhouse and a large home that we were selling. The work was excellent and a good value. I would use them again.

I have used USA Roofing and Gutters to replace several roofs for me on my personal house and rental houses. They've performed work for friends from Church and family members. They are very responsive, reliable and professional. They always do high quality work and thoroughly clean up all the roofing debris. I highly recommend USA Roofing and Gutters!

USA Roofing did a great job replacing my roof. From the beginning Davey explained all my options and answered every question I asked. His knowledge of the products available and the ability to present multiple installation instructions were pivotal in my decision to go with USA Roofing. It was as if I were discussing the project with an inspector after the project had been completed and we had just met. His honest concern for doing it right made me comfortable. And I had talked with multiple companies before and after consulting with USA Roofing. We used USA Roofing several months ago for an inspection and repair work and will certainly use them again when it's time for a new roof. Davey was fantastic! He is very knowledgable, explained the repairs needed, and gave us great maintenance tips.

I had a roof done by USA many years ago. It was more expensive than other estimates. However, I live in a heavily wooded area surrounded by trees and wildlife. The two other roofs I had installed by other companies had not held up to the extremes of the wooded area and the variable Alabama weather. When a tornado damaged my roof earlier this year, I insisted that my insurance authorize USA roofing despite the higher cost. Davey Everett came out and provided an estimate. He negotiated with my insurance company through lengthy and sometimes laborious encounters throughout the process. Davey was sensitive to my experience with the tornado. He reassured me that I would receive a quality roofing job that met their high standards, no matter what the insurance company decided. Davey kept his word and was present throughout the entire process. He followed up several times after the roof was completed to solicit any feedback or concerns to be addressed. I did not do a review last time for USA roofing because I was offered an incentive. As a consumer who relies on customer reviews done by other consumers, I find it offensive and deceptive (though tempting)to be incentivized financially for a review. Like most companies, USA sent me links to provide a review if wished. I was not incentivized or pressured, so I am happy to share my experience. Yes, USA seems to be a bit more expensive in their overall charges. BUT also a YES - Davey Leverett is a top-notch people manager and offers a positive human experience to a business transaction. I am grateful to Davey Leverett and his team for the great job they did on my roof. Their reassurance and encouragement during my disaster and insurance red-tape experience! And I am grateful to my insurance for listening to Davey about the quality materials used by USA Roofing, their quality workers, and the meticulous oversight of the final product.

After extensive research, we were very impressed with the quality and service we received from USA Roofing. Sales team is very knowledgeable of their products allowing us to make an informed decision, unlike many companies employing high pressure sales tactics. They were professional and thorough from start to finish. They returned after the roof installation to assure there were no issues and that we were satisfied with the finished product. This was our first time hiring a contractor so we did a good bit of research and spoke with several companies before deciding on a a roofer and USA Roofing met and exceeded our expectations.
