Beware of this company. I'm so disappointed by how many times the ball has been dropped. I initially used them to repair my roof and within a few weeks had a leak in my bathroom because they "forgot" to seal the area around the bathroom fan. It was a quick fix so I didn't complain. I then used them to replace my gutters. I had a few estimates from other companies first. One of the other companies made me aware my roof did not meet code. The required drip edge was not installed. I contacted Brandon the owner and he said it wasn't mandatory for my city. I ended up getting it added to my gutter installation package at a discounted rate. After the installation debris was left throughout my yard. They removed it after I complained. The final straw was workers coming to my home unannounced the next WEEK to "complete a job" that I paid for in full. I was not notified of any issues. Otherwise, i wouldn't have paid. I am livid. I was told they simply forgot to notify there were custom drip edge pieces that had to be ordered. Had my camera not picked up movement, i wouldn't know work was performed on my house today.I will NEVER use them or recommend them for any future work. This is horrible customer service. The client should always be notified and informed. The owner "Brandon" argued and talked over me after I told him the mediocre sorry doesn't cut it. He was very condescending and I left the conversation feeling like I was wrong for speaking up about their poor performance.
