We hired Major Home Improvements to add two dormers on to our cape and the renovation came out better than I ever imagined! Tom, Vasilie, Vlad and his team were all so easy to work with, professional and took pride in the quality of their work! They made sure everything was done properly and they cleaned up everything at the end of each day. I highly recommend using them for your next home project!

First reached out to major home when I had a leak in my roof. Owner of the company personally responded to my call same day and got the leak addressed. We than had multiple companies provide quotes for the roof with major home being the most inclusive and best price. Crew was professional and respectful of the fact i had young ones sleeping before they got up on the roof and took care of the whole job including multiple levels of roof and replacing two skylights in one day. Would recommend Major Home Improvements to anyone looking to get work done on their roof.

Major Home Improvements was excellent. They arrived early and started the prep work with the tarps to help protect the property. All the workers were great and respectful. Finished the job in 1 day including the pick up afterwards. My wife Michelle and I would recommend this company to any and everyone.

We are so pleased with our excellent experience of the MHI work team. From our very first phone call to the completion of our project, we experienced expertise. Our old deck needed to be replaced and a gutter needed to be rerouted. Tom met at our home to assess the project and gave us a reasonable estimate within a few days. He is available to answer questions and usually responds that same day. The work crew was skilled, coordinated, respectful and thorough. We knew precisely when they would arrive and what they would be doing the next day because there were regular texts and phone calls to update on where they were in the project. When the unexpected arose, they quickly discussed it with us and resolved the situation. The materials were top quality. Everything was carefully measured and the result was just what we hoped for! We highly recommend MHI for any and all home improvement projects and would gladly call on them again!

Beautiful Front Porch Construction by Major Home Improvements - I recently inquired with multiple vendors before finally choosing Major Home Improvements to build a front porch for my house, and I am beyond extremely satisfied with their work. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding and issue free. The team Tom, Visilie, Vlad and the whole crew were extremely communicative, very understanding of our situation and timeline, displayed expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to complete customer satisfaction. They seamlessly integrated the new porch with my home's existing architecture, moved windows doors, using high-quality materials and advanced tools/methods. Communication could not have been any better through the whole process it was excellent, and the final result far exceeded my expectations. I shopped around quite a bit before choosing this company. And let me list the reasons I chose this company in the order in which they occurred: #1 individual I first had contact with Steven, had all the right information and helped come up with something that met my budget. Most important thing is, I felt comfortable through the entire interaction. #2 dealing with this company you deal directly with the owner, present and working on job site. The level of expertise and knowledge of everything they do was some thing that was obvious to me as they did their work. #3 the professionalism with which each and every employee carried themselves, and way they go over and above, making sure that they leave no debris behind even if it’s mixed in with the leaves in the backyard, they use magnets to find any loose nails they use netting to catch things before they even hit the ground. This probably deserves its own individual listing, because of the way they truly cared for my property, I can’t stress this enough, how important it is, and how my comfort level remained throughout the entire experience. (An example of them going over and above, I had a loose stair on my deck that was constantly flipping over because we had to keep going by there and over there when they were doing the work, there was quite a bit of passing through that area as I have a fenced in backyard. It was not their responsibility at all, but the owner himself fixed the stair with some nails. I know it was a simple job, but it is the thought that counts) #4 I had some other work done, and they came back out quickly, even though they are heavily booked, and installed an exhaust vent through the roof for a bathroom vent and light I had installed on their lunch break from another job they were doing. So number four I would say is their true dedication to their customers. When you’re their customer, you’re their customer for life. #5 they are extremely affordable they worked with my budget. They even found me a way to pay multiple ways some cash on hand some financing. I can’t stress, this enough, if you have roofing needs, or any need for any of the services provided by Major home improvements, look no further called them. They are the best for the job and won’t let you down. In fact, you’ll probably be feeling like writing an extremely long and positive review of your own.
