I have been a customer for years and will continue to use and refer N&D Security to my family and friends.

I am not a client but I just needed some information about my old , deactivated alarm system that didn’t work right after we installed new windows and doors. I stopped by their office and met Perry who was very helpful and accommodating. I had questions about how to arm and disarm my old system and Perry painstakingly looked up the information and we’ve e-mailed back and forth, where he patiently explained what I needed to do. And he was very responsive to all my emails - within the same day! He did all this even if I was not a client. I appreciated his time, willingness to help, and his professionalism. We had a great experience with N&D Security. We were able to coordinate our installation with our closing time effectively and efficiently despite being over the holidays, and so we were able to have our system up and going for the first night we owned the house! Andy, who installed the system, was very knowledgable and was able to get everything done quickly and easily. He even pitched in with some great advice on other parts of the setup for us! They have always been super-responsive, and easy to work with. Would recommend!

I am so happy I went with N&D over one of the big companies. They respond promptly, and were really flexible even though I rescheduled the appointment time several times. The person who installed the system, Darren, was extremely efficient and polite, and really took the time to explain the system to me. And their prices are MUCH better than ADT. The whole team is just an all-around great group of people, and they made the security installation the least stressful part of buying a new house. I 100% recommend them.

I've been a customer of N&D Security for a year now, and couldn't be more pleased. From initial consultation, to installation, and billing, Perry & team are knowledgeable, transparent, and customer focused. About 6 months into my service contract, the control panel started malfunctioning. Perry responded to me immediately. Within 24 hours, they had swapped out the control panel with a brand new one -- free of charge! I put a high premium on customer service and quality products, especially when it comes to the security/safety of my property and family. N&D has exceeded my expectations.

Perry's responsiveness to emails deserves special mention, as he would typically respond within a matter of hours, even during the weekend. N&D Security provided 5-star service. We moved into a newly built home and needed to plan/design and install a security system. Perry was easy to deal with during the design phase, and the quote came in as very reasonable. The installation process was timely and went smoothly, and the workmanship was of high quality and not very invasive to the look of the new home interior.
