The technician was professional and thorough. Fixed my problem. My only complaint is how expensive their price structure is. $49 for the trip call and $65.00 for every 30 minute increment. Thankfully my problem was fixed in 15 minutes
The technicians were punctual and efficient. They were able to answer any questions, and we are pleased with the work completed.

I have had Alert 360 a little over a year now. So far the company is very good. Couple minor adjustments with the cameras. Their tech Darryl is very knowledgeable and has help me better understand this new system
Alert 360 did a great job on my installation! The staff is always friendly and I was very impressed by how fast, efficient, and knowledgeable Mikhail the technician is. Even after he was done, he took the time to answer all of my questions and educate me on the equipment. This company definitely has a loyal customer in me.

11/13- Kye was out today and did an EXCELLENT job. He was knowledgeable, informative and very competent! 2 weeks ago -I had two different technicians (Kendra and Wesley) and, even though the end result was not as successful as we hoped and a technician had to be scheduled, they were both patient, were very knowledgeable, worked as hard as possible to try to resolve my issue and remained respectful and pleasant through the whole event. Very professional!!

Darren and his partner were very helpful and efficient. Replaced system battery and made sure all the alarm zones were labeled correctly. Even checked doors and windows to make sure everything was closing properly.

Angela helped design exactly what we needed specifically for our home. She answered many questions along the way and was very patient. Thomas did the install and did a fabulous job as well. He called ahead, arrived on time, took extra care in his work and asked where and how we wanted devices placed. He also offered his expertise to help in these decisions. He then was patient as he helped us get our app setup and working properly. Highly recommend.

Great 👍 service and we’re impressed with all the services we got compared to our 5 year contract with brinks. We ended up with 3 monitoring cameras, a new doorbell camera, & smoke detectors for the exact same price we’d been paying brinks. Our technician was very knowledgeable & knocked the installation out with no issues.
