Complete Home Security and Services- Authorized ADT Dealer

Since I've purchased my new home I've received several unsolicited sales pitches from this company. The first one was a text message to my phone after they somehow got my number. The second time was during the day when I was gone and the salesperson told my wife and 6 year old daughter that they really should think about getting a security system because there are bad people in the area! Wonderful! And the third time was after 7:30pm and the person rang the doorbell which has a "No Soliciting" sign hanging on it. I will never do business with this company and I would discourage others because obviously they are hiring morons and sociopaths to work for them. Why is zero stars not an option on here? BOOOOOOOO!!!!

My technician Anthony Telles was awesome. I had some issues with the company at first so I had to have him come out 3 separate times, and each time he was nothing but positive. The company can use some work but Anthony really made my experience better. He should be given a raise.

As a first time home buyer, David was so friendly and helpful in providing me the best services! I appreciate his level of care for me and wanting me to be protected. David was so personable and he listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. I feel so much more secure now with the updates to the security system! Thank you!

Saul was the agent from ADT. He was very nice, respectful and knowledgeable. David, also came and confirmed what Saul had said. They were both very helpful. Their kindness was most appreciated .. I had been an ADT customer in the past and was happy to be back. I highly recommend ADT.. THANK YOU

Very pleased with the whole process. John got us signed up & set up with same day installation. Anthony came out to install & did a great job. We had just purchased our home & he was able to utilize what was already here (i.e. window sensors & indoor motion sensors) from the previous owners to give us more security. He went over everything very thoroughly & was very friendly & respectful. System is very user friendly. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a security system

I moved into a new build and met David the week before after I did the final walk through. I asked him to call next week and he did. David went over the different packages and I am very satisfied. I've had ADT in the past and have always had excellent service.

Our experience with ordering and installing home security in our home was very satisfactory. David, the sales representative, was very professional and informative about the product and devices being installed. All questions were answered in a professional and understanding manner. Anthony, the installation technician, was also very professional informative. He was neat and cleaned up after himself. The installation was on time and quick. Both men were very friendly. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of home security.

David (sales rep) was super informative and helpful. He stayed and answered all our questions (and boy do we have questions lol) he was able to schedule us at our convenience. Finally during the installation, Daniel was very thorough, flexible, informative and sweet. The installation process went well. Everything was completed in a timely manner. The equipment looks great, clean and quality work! Thanks Daniel for the hard work! I would certainly recommend David and Daniel. (They wore masks the entire time and were respectful of our new home)
