Great company and Technical Crew!! First tech said I wouldn't be charged, I received a bill. When second tech came out, he waived the bill!! Called company, they said there was no bill!! Kept their word!!!

I had an issue with a sensor that came loose from the side door of my business. Opting to handle it myself, I ordered a replacement from Alert 360. Upon its arrival, I installed it, and with the assistance of the customer service folks managed to integrated into my system remotely. Unfortunately, the sensor malfunctioned the following day. Upon contacting their support again, they suspected a defective sensor and promptly arranged for an on-site technician. Today, Felipe arrived, and truly exceeded expectations. Confirming the suspicion of a faulty center, he showcase professionalism, but more importantly, was kind, funny, and truly appeared to be concerned for the welfare of my business. His exemplary service, not only resolved my issue, but also left the lasting impression. He made me want to be a better man! Undeniably reflects the high standards of Alert 360!
