Our Alert 360 technician, Tina, was excellent! Very personable, thorough, highly skilled, and the most prompt service appointment that we have ever had! Much appreciated.

Tina and Joseph were both great!!! I told them I wasn't going to be at my rental when they arrived. I asked for a call in advance when they were on their way, so we can meet there. They had no issue with me not showing up until they were done with the installation. This is my second home with Alert 360. They are awesome! Definitely recommend them!!!

My experience was great!! The GENTLEMAN who responded not only fixed the 2 minor problems but checked every window and doors that are alarmed, the fire alarms and motion detectors, giving me piece of mind that all is well and I am safe! He did not rush and took his time checking everything and answering my questions. This company is a great alarm company and the cost is very reasonable! I RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY!!!🍀😉🌈🦋

Tech Minh was very thorough and knowledgeable. I appreciated the call prior to arrival time and his professionalism. The amount of time from when I called the company to the appointment time was reasonable (a couple of days) & that representative was great too! Overall a great company & service! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for an alarm company!😊

Great service today. Tina was awesome. On time and diligent with mask wearing and so great my dogs who were very concerned with her being here. Took the time to set up my camera on my phone which wasn’t done for some reason. Highly recommended

Tina was great. She was respectful of me and my home. Wore her mask the whole time, sanitized her hands and maintained social distance. Plus, she remedied the issue with my alarm. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything that she was doing. And maybe the best part was that she was a woman tech..kind of a rarity.. Can’t praise her enough.

My service technician let me know when he was an hour away and then arrived within 5 minutes of his promised time. Jim was professional and got right to work. He got to the solution quickly and repaired the system which is now working as good as new. He is personable and was happy to take the time to answer my questions.
