Demetris Kichen was great! He put on shoe covers as soon as he entered our new home. He was VERY knowledgable. He was VERY polite. He explained what he was doing at each step. He explained how everything works until we understood and could use it. He was very careful and cleaned up. We would definitly like to have him install or work in our home again! Our technician was professional, courteous, punctual and above all treated my wife and I with respect. In addition to that he left for another appointment, but came back after I called him to let him know I was only 5 minutes away from my house. That showed to me he values his profession and the company he works for should appreciate having an employee with an owner’s mentality working for them. Job well done….

Demetris was very knowledgeable and addressed all my concerns in a very professional, informative way before the work was started. The work he did was excellent. After adding the new equipment to our tech cabinet he straightened out what was otherwise a rat's nest of wires and equipment. He explained how to use the new features of the cameras we added in a way that made it easy for me to understand. He also cleaned up after the work was done. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
