We have been using PASS alarm system for a while now and added some security cameras this week. Ricky McGeehan is the gentleman who installed our cameras. He was here working in our office for 3 days and I must say, he was a joy to work with. He was friendly, helpful and respectful. Our entire team, specifically the owner of our company, were extremely impressed with Ricky's work and the way he paid attention to the details, asked us questions along the way and the patience he displayed with our questions. Ricky is an asset to the PASS team and we will definitely share our experience with others. Being in the service industry ourselves, we understand how important each member of the team is to our business and all too often, we hear only the negative feedback. We thoroughly enjoyed having Ricky as part of our team for those 3 days. In addition, I had a few questions today and when I called the support team for assistance, a couple of times today, I talked with Stephanie Given. She was extremely friendly, helpful and very patient with me. I'm not super tech savvy and sometimes it shows. I often feel silly asking some of the questions and needing additional instruction. She was a joy to talk with and never made me feel silly for asking questions. Ricky and Stephanie are both great assests to the PASS team.

I hired PASS security to install cameras & a security system inside & outside of the animal hospital that I manage. Dylan and his colleagues have been so helpful & easy to work with from start to finish and checking in along the way. Any concerns have been addressed promptly. The City of Florissant has been doing business with Pass Security for 7 years. They started by providing a video surveillance system for just one building in our City. Due to the success of that project it has now grown to an interconnected system spanning 14 different sites. Our installer was fantastic! In fact, I think that he should be moved into a leadership/ mentoring role! I absolutely think that the company would benefit from having more people that operate and treat customers like he does. He ensured that we had a quality install and also went over all of the existing hardware to ensure it was up to standard. He was meticulous and took great care in the way that he explained how to work the system to myself and also my wife. I highly recommend Pass Security and their systems.

Our technician, Jason, was wonderful. He was thorough, knowledgeable and a joy to have around the house for several hours during installation. He was also patient with me while training on the new system. I'd highly recommend Pass Security!!

I had a break in one weekend and when I called them Monday morning the worked hard to get out and get my system installed asap. They were all easy to work with and very informative. From the time I spoke to the first person in Sales, to the Tech - David and the customer service team. 5 stars to David the tech, he was polite, knowledgeable, neat and patient with my many questions. Our company has utilized Pass Security for several years for installation, monitoring, and servicing of security cameras and FOB access systems. They recently installed new security cameras around our office building. The service was excellent as usual. We worked with our service rep to determine the best equipment for our needs and he helped us to understand how it would tie in with our current system. The installation was scheduled, and went off without a hitch. The cameras are working great, and the Project Coordinator at Pass Security followed up a couple of times after the installation to make sure everything went well and that we were happy with the service and product.
