Your system was installed in July 2023.
I a sorry and saden to have to witness how unprofessional we at ALT Direct Alarm & Video Surveillance Services are being treated for going above, beyond and out of our way to assist to satisfy you at your business / school?
It is unfortunate that this business relationship that we started has unraveled to the level of disrespectful behavior, comments and responses after all of the time and energy that was but into the building of your cameras systems.
But unfortunately no one wants to work , show up, go out of their way to help to make sure not only your system is working for a service call for FREE?
ALT Direct Alarm & Video Surveillance Services, moving forward will not be held responsible for any equipment that we did not provide or install. ALT Direct Alarm will not be responsible for equipment like the two TVs located in your front lobby that we did not provide or install period...
All of you Avycon Cameras Equipment are working and have worked the entire time of this installation. This equipment is also under warranty for 3 years.
But all of the additional equipment needed to fulfill your installation like the backup power Supply, 40" TV , the 2 - 4x1 HDMI SPLITTER all have there own manufactured warranty of 1 year. You have been given the information for those as well.
I have shown that even though they are not products made by ALT Direct or Avycon that again I have gone out of my way to satisfy any problems with all of that equipment as well.
As advised that after the 90 days of installation warranty provided by ALT Direct Alarm, that there will be a service call fee for any service call? That is due upon receipt of that service call on that date.
Because it seems that you are refusing to make said payment.
In the future and during the remaining time of your Warranty period, there are two or three of the following ways they will be handled:
1. You can get a service plan to a year ? @ $ 50.00 per month by Auto pay . That is $ 600.00 per year and be paid in full or monthly on auto pay?
That includes the first 2 hours of any service call and a $ $85.00 per hour for anything over that 2Hr time + any parts , or additions equipment needed or required to complete the service call?
2. You can also pay for a service call upfront in advance before we respond for the first 2 hours @ $ 85.00 per hour x 2 to have ALT Direct Alarm respond.
3. You can pay someone else during that warranty period to respond for a service call, pay them and if there is a need for any warranty work, or if any is required to have them contact ALT Direct Alarm directly so we can then determine is that equipment is indeed a warranty issue?
I have sent you the original invoice that clealy states all of the above listed warranties and the terms of each. I have also given you all of the product Information for the equipment & Installation warranties of each?
So moving forward I will be awaiting and expect full payment for services rendered for the 2 service calls to your location? If not paid in a timely manner we a ALT Direct Alarm will forward to reporting agencies about payment history?
Again I am sorry that this has come to this but for some reason our own people believe that we shouldn't be paid for our professional products and services just because. We make excuses for our goods and services so we don't have too!!
