Dustin came to the home randomly and sold us this service!! He was very polite, and once common interests were mentioned we knew we didn't just have a sales person in our home, but a friend! Kevin came in for the installation and was great as well! He was friendly to us, and our animals! He has a lot of fun while working and it made my husband and I super comfortable. He explained every detail efficiently and we are so excited to use the system! They do not come to you as strangers, but as friends and the company really did good thing by hiring these two guys! The system itself is working great so far! The equipment is modern, and easy to set up. Everything is just a push of a button from your phone! Super convenient Thank you Titan Security for making us feel more secure in our new home!

Brandon was amazing & explained everything and answered many questions and the same one a few times. He is super respectful and knowledgeable. Maurilio the technician was awesome as well and gave good advice on where he would put things but give me the option to say yes or no.

Our sales manager Andrew and technician Maurilio were amazing! Andrew took the time to explain to both my husband and I two separate times about their company and what they offer. Maurilio set up our equipment in a timely manner, explained everything I needed to know and showed me how to work my app. He also made sure I was comfortable with the position of every camera. Definitely recommend this company and I will be taking them with us on every move!

The representative that came was extremely knowledgeable and professional. The installation tech was excellent showed up on time. He efficiency installed, verified the system, then provided a complete tutorial showing the ease of use. Great response to our needs.

Extremely satisfied with every aspect of this endeavor. First, our Salesperson Lexi, was very impressive with her knowledge and ability to answer all our questions. She did a cool demo on her phone of her own setup at her home including how easy it was to use and monitor the Vector system via her mobile app. This gave us total confidence in purchasing this very affordable home security option in a neighborhood where every other home had random security company’s displays on their lawns. SECONDLY, the young man who showed up on time to do the scheduled installation was very polite (Maurillo) thoughtful with his recommendations for sensor locations as well as a very good keypad and mobile app demonstration. The system gives you very flexible options which I found super helpful as I have a 60+ lb dog that sets off motion sensors. There is a great option on the app called Armed (stay). Vector version of a ring camera is also excellent . So many other options to choose on the app to fit your own personalized setup. The cost is very reasonable as well. Vector is a great option among the hordes of choices out there.

Phillip came out and competed a thorough evaluation of my home and needs. He did a wonderful job explaining everything. Maurillo came out the very next morning and installed the system. He was very pleasant and did a wonderful job walking me through how to work the pane and the app as well as assured I had all my questions answered. I spoke with Morgan on the phone after the installation to ask a question and he took his time assuring he understood what I was asking, did a thorough job explaining the answer, and welcomed additional questions anytime. This is an excellent team. They do not rush any part of the process and assure you are happy with everything before ending whatever communication is occurring. Thank you all for peace of mind.

The Sales Manager - Dustin Hall was very professional and I appreciated the fact that he didn’t try to sell me everything. Very cool guy who wasn’t too pushy. The installation was completed by Maurilio, and he was also professional and helpful in navigating through the security panel and app once installation was complete. He installed all of the equipment very neatly and got it all done with a couple hours!! Maurilio knew that I wanted to install the panel on one specific wall, but there wasn’t an electrical outlet so he improvised and wired through a closet to the next closet outlet to accommodate my request.
