I wanted to give a big shoutout to Tom, Shannon, and Valerie for their prompt and thorough customer service, as well as (I want to say Scott) - the tech who most recently visited our facility - my apologies if I got the name wrong! They all listened carefully to the issues we were experiencing and not only worked swiftly to resolve them, but explained each step of the fix and each and error code in detail, AND taught me some troubleshooting tips. Scott and Jeremy did a Awesome job, they were fast with putting in all the long cable lines and installing the screens as well as being very professional. Safe and Sound Security was incredibly prompt, professional and pleasant to have on site during the install! Scott was very attentive to detail- Very happy to be a customer!
