My technician today was Israel, and I can’t recommend him enough. My time quoted for show up was between 8 to 12 and he called at 7:50 to let me know he would be there between 8:15 and 8:30. Well, he was professional, he was also very personable. After the install/upgrade was completed, he made sure that I had the app downloaded, and knew how to login, navigate, and made sure I had no additional questions. So far, I have had no concerns with Alarm360, And will happily continue to use them

Israel was just as puzzled as corporate tech support was, however, between the two of them they were able to find the problem and corrected the problem. Israel was very respectful and professional at all times. Awesome job!

By far one of the best alarm companies out there. We had a problem with our system they were there at the Promise time and completed our problems with in 30 minutes. The service rep was very educated on the system and very professional and polite. ***** stars to him! Service is pricey but well worth the secure feeling they provide!

Our technician Mr. Fernando came and did an awesome job! He left everything nice neat and clean. He walked around our home and assessed everything.
