Purchased a new home and there was no question as to what company would be installing my security system! I have absolutely loved being with Security Options! Loretta is always a joy to work with… Her customer service is on point, she is the sweetest!! Mike completed the install of my system and he was amazing. Quick and full of knowledge. He made sure I knew the functionality of my app and the new keypad. He even shared his eclipse glasses with me - until I found mine! Talk about going above and beyond for a customer! Very knowledgeable and they don't try to upsell for the sake of driving up costs. Chris and Mark did an excellent job, made changes to the install for it to work better for me, explained everything swimmingly, and were quick and tidy. 💯 Recommended

These folks were amazing. After Dad’s death, we didn’t want to lock in a 2 year service contract. “No problem”, they said! They did not push us to order new equipment. (In fact, they got a kick out of some of the old stuff Dad was still using!) Jason came to meet me the day after I called, & Coy installed / updated our system the following day! Chris brought a part so Coy could keep working. Communication was absolutely stellar. I would totally recommend Security Options with no qualms. They were professional & prompt. 5 stars for sure.
