Rigo came in to installed my alarm system, not only was he fast but also very knowledgeable and explained everything to me in well detailed. I have yet to try the system but so far it looks like it was a great addition to my home.

This company has the worst customer service and incompetent technicians. I purchased my dream home and had it built from scratch. I had KPS install 3 ACTD and 5 FPC-6. Basically an ACTD is a hard wire for your Internet and the FPC is what they used to put the cords inside of the walls so that you can’t see anything once you hang your TV. When it comes to the FPC every single last one of them was installed on the left side of the TV when all TVs HDMI outlets are on the right side of every tv. The cords that came with the TVs are not long enough, so we ordered 10 feet HDMI cords and ethernet cords and guess what we can’t even get them to go inside of their premade slots. Needless to say it defeats the purpose of paying for that service. That’s not the biggest issue the biggest issue is that the ACTD none of them work and KPS will not come out correct their mistake I now have to hire electrician to fix the issue, which is now costing me around $5000… (I will most definitely be looking into getting an attorney to get my money back) WORST COMPANY EVER.

Update: 3/2/2024 Still have not received any support. I've even contacted Brandon from KPS after he requested me to reach out to him. He repeated the same fee of $170. Doesn't really make any sense. Why would you ask to contact you only to reject my cry for help?? I think they enjoy telling me I'm outside my service warranty and asking for $170. Just a guess........ These people are definitely in it for the money and nothing else. I highly recommended NOT using their services. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Very unprofessional staff. Put me on hold 5 times. They have no idea what they are doing. We have a new Cresleigh home and was told the service is good till 01/2024. They were wanting to charge us $170 to come out and service their system. I apologize that you are unhappy with the service. As we explained via email, your smart home system was installed over 3 years ago. The issue you are having with your garage door is not a device we installed and only helped program it. You also did not pay for any portion of smart home app which was provided by the builder. The issues you are having do not require us to fix and can be fixed by yourself. The white glove program you have was provided by the builder for 3 years. As previously stated, you are also beyond the 3 years and have not paid for any features.
2 weeks in and I’m not liking KPS at all. Camera quality is cheap. They won’t expand enough to cover my entire home and cuts off recordings. And only the doorbell camera has audio. My other cameras don’t have audio. Plus, the tech that came to install was very sloppy. Used my restroom and had diarrhea and left a mess. Moved my clothes around from my closet to access my cable box and didn’t put anything back the way I had it. I’m a quadruple amputee and cleaning after him was difficult.. And calling for customer service sucks! I do NOT recommend KPS.

Rigo was perfect! Very informative and great customer service. He was very respectful of our home and didn’t try to strong arm us in with high pressure sales tactics. Rigo took the time to explain how to use the app as well as other equipment we can add on if we decide to. Thanks Rigo! 🙏🏽

This company has the most incompetent and uncaring employees. They setup the KPS Mycommand system in our condominium and they could not have stewed it up more. They had stuffed all the cables in the equipment box to the point that 3 cables were broken. It was such a mess that even their own technicians could not figure it out and their excuse was that “the builder had them on a tight deadline”. I literally called them 5 times and has 3 techs come out to no avail. We ended up paying an IT person $375 to fix the issue. If you have a choice in the matter DO NOT go with this company.

I see you have multiple properties. the location that i show several service requests for, the tech stated they tested the data lines but when they plugged in your computer it caused a short. KPS is not a network service provider. We are limited on troubleshooting and do not perform the service work as you stated in your comment. If you can contact us back, I can better assist you.

Rigo & Nick came to install & set up my home security system. I was notified by text when they were on their way & they completed the job quickly. They were polite and friendly & were able to answer all my questions.
