Outstanding Service! The technicians were excellent to work with, the timing for myself working at the American Legion in replacing the door worked out perfect, HCS installed a CAT 5 cable for the American Legion to superseded the temporary internet cable, the installation took place within 2 weeks from the day of the approval and even though it's only day one, I love the HD cameras that were installed. I've used Home and Commercial for almost a year now for our home and they've been great! Anytime I have questions, I email Michael and he responds within minutes with either a solution or offering to come out to the house. The alarm has gone off a few times due to our own fault and they call right away and send a police officer over. My husband and I shopped security companies last year while building our home and Home and Commercial felt like the best choice between the costs to install, the service fees, and with our questions about the service. We also told them we wanted specific alarm types/features and they worked with us to get us our system. Very happy with the service so far and I'm certain it will continue.
