Excellent and helpful office staff turned a seemingly dreadful experience into a pleasant one. She walked me through the whole process and paperwork and had it all done very quickly. The installation took about an hour but hasn't seemed to cause any damage to my car. I've had very bad experiences with other interlock companies, but this has been a much better experience. Thanks Knight Interlock.
