I met with 6 different security companies before I came across Alert 360. To install a POE security system with continuous recording and event notifications, all the other companies wanted to cut open all my walls and turn my house into swiss cheese! The experts at Alert 360 were able to install a system that met all the requirements that I was looking for with a clean install and high quality workmanship!

Well at first I was a little concerned as no one had showed up in the time window they gave me to set up my alarm, but I called and the woman was so nice and said she would check into it immediately. About 30 min later I got a call that the service technician would be showing up within 30 minutes. He did and he was great....so it all worked out wonderfully.

The installer did a great job. All his work was clean and unnoticeable. He took his time to show me how to set up and operate the cameras. Very happy with the service he performed

Darryl was early, friendly, knowledgeable, and competent. He handled all my requests. This was his second visit; it went very well. The last week of December either Nick or Rick (sorry I don't remember) came by and took care of business as well. Good job again.

Earl kindly called me 45 minutes before his arrival so that I could get home from work. He showed up exactly when he said he would. He is very knowledgeable and was able to quickly detect the problem with my doorbell camera. The camera was defective. He replaced it and set everything up for me on my phone. He actually helped more than the original installers who sold it to me. As if that wasn’t enough, Earl even offered to replace my outdated signs. I have had so many contractors come to my house these past few years, and this one was perfect from start to finish. THANK YOU EARL!!!! One happy customer!!! 👍🏻

Today, Logan came to adjust three of my cameras, he did an excellent job. He’s a very professional, knowledgeable and polite young man. He Is a wonderful representative of Alert360 and I recommend Logan and ALERT 360 to all my neighbors and friends.
