Aclarity Systems

I work for Alameda County and we have been using Aclarity Systems for eight months to monitor a historic theater that Alameda County owns and is under construction. Aclarity's services at the theater include camera installation and monitoring as well as alarm notification at the site if there is an intruder. The cameras record all motion. If there is something that the cameras pick up, the Aclarity staff that are on call 24 hours a day review that motion and act accordingly. Either sounding an alarm at the property and continuing to monitor to make sure an intruder "moves along" or initiating patrol services to come and review the situation in real life. Alameda County staff can sleep at night knowing that Aclarity is like a watchdog at the property ready to respond whenever needed. Aclarity then notifies us the next morning of whatever issues occurred at the site and how they were remedied. We have been 200% satisfied with Aclarity's services, performance and cost. Thank you!!

Edited to add: Thank you for the response. While you’ve given some generalities that support furniture stealing being consistent with quality security here are my follow-up questions: How many minutes actually passed between the first sign on video that something was wrong here and a member of your team showing up? And was the video even working? Within a month or so of my building signing up with Aclarity someone broke in and stole all the lobby furniture. As far as I know Aclarity did not detect or report the theft (residents did) and we have not received any explanation from Aclarity for how this could’ve occurred or what they’ll do differently.

Scott and his team are fantastic! They provide details and pictures of their encounters, they have a great response time and really responsive to emails and calls. It has been a pleasure to work with them and would definitely recommend them to anyone with security issues at their property!

I am a concierge at a residential high rise SOMA building. Aclarity is our security detail and they are excellent. They monitor our camera activity very very closely and dispatch immediately as even the faintest sign of trouble. The security officers are courteous and personable. I would recommend this very professional security company.
