ADT Security Services

Anthony finished a customer loyalty upgrade to my 8-year old ADT system today. He is a consummate pro who knows his business. He did a comprehensive security audit, and made some good suggestions to consider to improve the security of my home. I was impressed by Anthony's attention to detail and and customer commitment. He made sure everything was level amd centered and took care doing installations and QA'ing the completed system. He has over ten years of experience at another security company. I'm so glad he moved to ADT and I was lucky enough to have hmeet him on my service call. Thanks, Anthony. You make ADT look great.

We had an excellent experience with Larry Kleebauer, a technician at ADT. We had an installation of a doorbell camera and several outside security cameras. The system works very well and the technical support from Larry was exceptional. He was very patient, explained the system and answered all our questions.

The technician Jeff did an excellent job. He was very polite, friendly and his customer service was great!! He took the time to explain things to me and answer all my questions. If he could be my permanent ADT rep it would be appreciated. Dawn Dunn

Ryan was very professional and courteous while installing our new ADT system. Everything was left in better condition than when he started. He was a pleasure to work with. Ernesto and Richie spent the day installing the system. They were both very friendly and professional. After talking to them about the various options for our system, I realized we had to make some changes to the configuration. They were very skilled about explaining the pros and cons of the various configurations (such as motion sensing versus shattered glass versus window sensor, etc.) . They were able to make all the changes right away. At the end of the installation, they explained how the systems worked in as much detail as I needed. They did not rush through it. The whole experience of this installation was well done, starting with the person I called on the ADT 800 line, to the sales rep Larry, who visited our house and explained the system, to the online updates on the installation scheduling, to the installation itself. I am very impressed by how this company and its employees really have their act together

John Bayan and Nam were excellent in servicing my new account with ADT. They informed of my options and help me to set up my system. In addition, they were courteous and knowledgeable of the system that I requested. I appreciated their service with I believe was excellent. The job was finished in the time frame that they predicted and I am very happy with the service. Nam also help me to set up the online account which was easy for me to understand. I think in today's world it is difficult to get good service, but these guys deliver. I would recommend them to my friends. Thanks guys. . .

We are extremely happy for the wonderful service provided by Ritchie, Francisco and Brandon!!! They were absolutely amazing and so knowledgeable. All three of the men spent the whole day installing the system. I have a large house, so it was so nice that they took their time to make sure every detail was covered. We just had our ADT system upgraded, and were very happy about the excellent installation and service Juan provided. He was on-time, professional, friendly and extremely patient to explain different options and walk us through how to use the new system. He even went above and beyond to fix the holes on the wall when old ADT boxes were removed. Impressive work! Thank you Juan and ADT!
