Firstalarm is a top notch company that delivers excellent service. I feel much more protected now with my new system in place.

Horrible billing and even worse customer service.

I’ve had such a terrible experience with this company, a lot of time wasted with customer service/accounting department for inaccurate billing. Had several problems with the alarms system not working properly. I was paying $52 per month in 2020. DO NOT recommend this company.

Cancel your service and they'll send your cancelation notice to the nearest firestation trying to get you into trouble.

Technician used deceptive language in documents, be very diligent in reviews. Having it in writing is best. Battery Replacement Cost is very high. $150

Slow to no response. Operator #75 was rude and hung up on me because "Dude I have no time to deal with this bull&#it - I'm dealing with real officer issues" Yeah, dude, hopefully you get a clue and figure out that you're not a real officer.

We have used First Alarm for many years and it's been great! They are easy to work with and the security service is extremely reliable. The customer service department is also very good and they are very quick to respond if we need anything.

First Alarm ROCKS....!!!! They under promise and over deliver. I've used their alarm and monitoring service for years and just had them install video surveillance at my home. I now have 5 perimeter cameras which completely surround my home and gives me access from my DROID. Their leadership is stellar. First Alarm holds themselves to the highest standard of excellence in all that they do. I regularly recommend First Alarm to everyone in my network!
