Anyone looking for a top grade security system at a very reasonable price, Randall Love with Femac Security Solutions is your man! I expected a pushy sales approach during the initial visit but Randall was not that way. He was informative about our needs within our budget. He explained all our options and suggested what he felt would be used or not. Randall was helpful throughout the installation and even patient to come back and change camera locations at my request. After we were all set up, Randall come back yet again to walk us through the software system which is sooooo easy to navigate, a young child would be able to do so. From one business to another this man is a a 5 Star employee promoting 5 star equipment. Moving forward whether I am physically at the office or not I am just an app and click away from being intouch with exactly what is happening. I highly recommend Femac Security Solutions for a business or home to secure your property. This is not your typical camera system that you have to recharge the cameras. I often forgot to do so and ultimately was not getting what I was paying for. This is a hardwired system that is extremely reasonable priced and worth every dollar to have a price of mind.

After hearing great reviews from friends .. I called to get pricing on security cameras..within a day Randall Love called and set up a consultation. Randall went over several options and gave me several different price ranges to work with. Randall worked with me to find the right plan for my home and understood my needs. After I selected and chose my plan Randall and one of the owners came over one last time and made sure i knew what needed to be done to make it happen and then he handled the rest. A few weeks later I have my camera system installed by Brian and Corey. Brian did a great job setting up the tv monitor and dvr box and making sure I was satisfied with my cameras and the set up. He thoroughly went over everything insuring I understood before he left. I highly recommend FEMAC for your security solutions. You will not regret it. They even called a few days after to make sure everything was great. 5 ⭐️

Professional, personable, attentive, quality , trustworthy, honest and efficient ..... these are just a few words to describe the team at FEMAC. We are just a small residential customer but they treat us like we are a major bank. Corey was here to do the installation and Tracey stopped by to introduce himself and now no matter where we see either one of these fine gentlemen at least wave to say or come over to say hello. Service with a first name isn’t something you find in many companies anymore but with FEMAC they stand behind their work and their name! They have everything for all your security needs without having to deal with some random guy dropped off in your neighborhood to do door to door sales. They are a local company with local employees who treat you like family!!!

Hands down the best crew to work with. The process has been great, Randall made a random cold call to our office one day when we just so happen to be looking for a new security and surveillance provider for our office and he has been a pleasure to work with. I can't express enough how great the install crew has been; Brian and Dalton are extremely knowledgeable, hard working, and very patient throughout the learning process, they came in and did an amazing job and fit right in with the SERVPRO family. We have a security system in Macon, GA from FEMAC! We love the service they provide. AND the app that comes with our system. I can easily disarm the system if a family member is going by to check on our dog and I can give each family member their own code to disarm the alarm...good way to know which relative is entering our house ;) I would highly recommend Femac for any business and/or residential needs.
